DJ.. You don’t know how wicked some woman are. I had a similar case. I live with my woman for six years when I found out she was cheating. I sat her down and advise her.we not married though but paid some money and drinks for the family because I got her pregnant before.She started going through my phone to also fine out if I am also cheating. She found out nothing. And started creating problems for me.A whole lot of things happened in our six years . Now with her mom’s advice. She left and regretted in 6months time .She wanted want me back and I turned her down because I love my life and peace of mind. She has become bitter cus I don’t want the relationship anymore.If I want to take the child for medical check. She refuses anytime . I have stopped asking her about that.And the only thing I tell her is how long will she continue to bitter. As at now the .I am at peace with myself.

Thank you, it always surprises me when some men living abroad keep complaining about their exes preventing them from seeing their kids, l don't know if they don't have knowledge about family law, or they just don't want to go to court, or they just feel like just complaining about the situation over and over without taking action.
Courts are weighted in favour of women in uk. Joint custody for men is nearly in possible..... 1. lawyers will be chopping your money everyday. 2. If you are not working how do you fight your case in court as a man 3. Even if you get court papers...i woman will frustrate with silly excuses when its your visitation such as child is sick today, we are not available , we are out and busy, we are not at home. Best for two families to resolve it on that level.
@@ginglesgiant8866 well l don't know much about how family laws work in UK, but in Canada, the laws clearly says joint custody if there are no history of neglect, abusive behavior from any of the parents towards the kids, and if it's your visitation, the woman cannot be making any unnecessary excuses, if she does, you just go back to the court or report her to the appointed children's Lawyer, if both Parent did agree to that, and she's going to be warned of violating the court order, if she continue to do that, then the court can even decide to let the kids move in with the father, but all of this depends if the father want the Laws to work for him, cause some Fathers will just give up and be complaining the laws work in favor of women, which is never true, there are no laws that's gender base, the laws works for both genders, it's up to you the man to pursue your case until all options are exhausted.

DJ will never understand this situation until you experience it yourself,I joyfully left home in Dec 2023 and I ve not been allowed to see my 3 girls since but iam paying my due,, I can relate very well to the gentlemans dilemma,a lying deceitful woman and the toxic families that we marry into is like living in the household of the devil,may God help us all.
Men u should know the type of woman u have to marry. . How can u forget ur mum because of a woman. I have been through dis situation before and by Gods grace I came out victorious. I went to court for almost a year, lies upon lies, force report to the police but in the end after we did what is called FACTS FINDINGS, all her allegations were proven to be nonsense. It cost me a fortune( paying £600 per representation n £600 just for writing a statement to the court ),I went through a lot ,but today I can see my son, take him to school n sports activities as well. Happily bonding with him. A lot going on in the UK
