yknow it's funny that you mention that it looks like darkest dungeons, because that was the main inspiration for Limbus Company back when it was still in development as a roguelike if I recall correctly. There are still elements of darkest dungeon in the game, which would be, funnily enough, the gridlike layout of the dungeons, though they've definitely been tone down in their importance.
