Mississippi State's nightmare 2024 only got darker on Saturday, as the Bulldogs were dominated from start to finish by Florida, then learned their starting quarterback Blake Shapen would miss the rest of the season with a shoulder injury. 8:31 I don't understand why expectations were so much different of an unproven head coach in his first year in the SEC. It's a slow fix as opposed to what would have been a quick fix with Dan Mullen.

That’s a huge mistake if lebby starts MVB.. If he does thats just another reason for him to be fired..Start chris for Texas and GA then let MVb play Umass as his first start.. He will lose all of his confidence if lebby plays him vs Texas and GA it’ll damage him permanently… Lebby better not..I find it hard to believe Lebby would be dumb enough to start MVB saturday there’s no way he would do that…..Lebby doesn’t like chris for some reason..It’s because the fans were chanting his name and asking for him to play..

People keep saying it’s not lebby we have no talent… Mike leaches very first season our best and only decent WR was jayden Walley…Walley is still on our team but is 3rd string..KJ costello and Walley broke the SEC passing record under mike leach…Lebby has a better offensive roster than Mike leach had his entire time at sipp state..Leach had a lack of talent and won games.. No excuses for lebby just poor coaching..Next season we have an even harder schedule 🤦🏻‍♂️ States defense was bad leaches first season as well.. Arnett developed Bookie and jett they weren’t just good.. Was great coaching and developing lesser talent

If Mississippi State doesn't take this opportunity to get out of the SEC and go to the PAC 12 with Memphis and Tulane (presumably) then when SEC realigns next Mississippi State will be without a conference and nowhere to go.

Mississippi state beat Auburn and A&M three of 4 seasons with mike leach…We had two bad years and think we should leave the SEC? Lol That’s ridiculous the sec isn’t gonna cut teams they’ll just add more..

If Sipp state had Ole miss schedule we’d be undefeated rn and that’s facts.. Ole miss has the easiest schedule in the country..

State should EXIT the SEC. They cannot compete with the big brothers anymore. 8 million does not help you either when you can’t even fill the stadium 25% per game. This is a dead program.

We beat Auburn and A&M like three years in a row..And beat Arkansas last season..We can still compete for sure just need the right coach… Definitely the worst state team in history..Our head coach freaking died…..
