9/3/24 Windsurfing 4.7m Don’t DuCk in a GuSt GoRgE Corridor PSA 

2 days in a row. Another decent day on the River. Of course I had to work and got out later than I wanted as my sailing buddy was on the tail end of his session. Almost got whacked in the head. Not here but in the past. THIS is one of the many reasons my good docs insist I wear a helmet. I have already spelled out why I have to wear one in previous videos. I have popped up out of the water after a crash and immediately the mast and sail slammed into me. I wear a full caged face mask to prevent a broken nose/teeth or worse. I have been struck before by the mast as the rig got picked up and swung by the wind into me so fast I had no chance to react. So this is my “Helmet” awareness public announcement video. That way it has some socially redeemable qualities. Thanks a lot for watching and get out there and get it.
