When our Queen dies and we have a man ruling us, some of this outdated stuff will be removed thank goodness. Nit picky make up rules and pretend protocol will also go out the window thank goodness. Btw, Princess Beatrice often wears panda eyes makeup
Why don't you change that thumbnail though. There's no reason meagan should be in the common section, none whatsoever. She is as royal as the rest of these dames. Looks racist.
simplicity is the real measure of beauty and grace- not to mention, intelligence, sense and sensibility and of course a good character and pure heart, mind and conscience to boot.
This is not 100% true. We have seen the Queen of Spain with berry lipstick, red nails and smokey eyes. Just because the British royal family don't do this or that doesn't mean all royals do the same.
This is not royality in other countries. Indian queens and princesses used to love jewelry, love colors, and makeup and probably a lot more of the things inhibited in this video.
Absolutely wonderful comment!! The British royals are NOT the margin of reference...my own family from the Kingdom of Sicily are far more interesting, authentic, & colorful! And no less "royal" (it's not all it's thought to be).
alot of these rules are things my mother taught when we were young. she would always say, how you look and how the world sees you will determine your success in life.
Always comparing. Megan before she was married to take after she was married. Man medias are so bias. Enough already, come up with new material. Why not compare with Kate before? She was also basic.
I honestly think that Kate is actually better than Megan in Royalty because Megan is more into calebraty looks but Kate she follows the royal family rules and always looks elegant
I laughed when she said "Visit your local hair salon AT LEAST several times a month." lol, they must love her. I honestly visit the salon, like, once a year XD And I have people complimenting me on my hair all the time. "What do you use?" "Ummm, Shampoo. Everyday."
Unfortunately there is some racism and jealousy associated with this channel....its too bad, there were some very informative videos created by this channel.
I just love HM Queen Elisabeth! I was very sceptical about Ms.Kate but comparing to other royal young ladies, this lady won my heart: always well mannered, well educated, dedicated to family and carring for Her good image. The right person on right place! In our crazy times Mr.William found real diamond! 🌸
ama C : Those so-called royal etiquette are not just for the royals! We were brought up with those rules. It you grow up with them, it is not difficult to implement them because those rules just become natural! It used to be called ladylike”. Sadly, nowadays, the young are not taught good manners: modulated voice when speaking; etc etc. - those rules become a cage for one not used to them.
ayesha khan No, she's the one to make rules and remove them, not break them. If she has the right to break them then everyone else can. She's the highest authority in her own kingdom thus the royalty Obey her, if she doesn't like that rule then nobody should be forced to have it.
Fox Powa i understand your point of view ..! But one thing I would like to say she is the one who makes the rule for who ever she want to ..😉 This explains my point of view !!
Only the British royals are that boring. Denmark's royalty are awesome. They all have day jobs. The Queen is an accomplished artist, for example. She illustrated the Danish LOTR books.
Ham and Burr and who are they I can't remember them Denmark royals I remember things royals that's why you replying to this Pikachu can remember the English royals (the wife)
In britain, the royal are looked up to as role models and have to be there to set the bar so they have to look composed at all times and also they constantly are travelling everywhere and anywhere also it's a tradition
Only these days. In the past, it's always been more upstanding to wear more and more extravagant jewellery, bigger, poofier, detailed dresses, bold make-up, so show you are rich and can afford all the over the top gear. Same with houses, the more cluttered they were, the richer you looked. Now everybody opts for minimalistic. I find it a bit boring. I'm very much an 1800s girl, so the poofier and bolder, the better! I love my poofy dresses.
Two pieces of jewlery? like what so if you wear a tiara and your wedding ring you cant have earings or a necklace? That is simply not the case in many of the photos shown in this clip
Jayamila Persson I don’t think the ring and tiara count as jewelry in this sense. The tiara is only worn by royal women during very special occasions and both are to show their married status and to let other guests know they are unavailable. A married princess not wearing a tiara to such an occasion is like a married man/woman talking off their wedding ring to go to a bar or club. It’d be inappropriate. I think they would still be able to pick 2 out of the 3 (necklace, earrings, bracelet).
Hi if you’re reading this... I have some sweet words to maybe cheer you up: remember you’re beautiful 😍 awesome 😎 talented 🎨 strong 💪🏻 and there’s is no 👎🏻 reason to feel inferior than someone else, so please never stop 🛑 smiling 😃 From a girl youtuber!!
lovely words but this video isn't about making people feel inferior but rather comparing and contrasting between different styles. At the end of the day both styles can look beautiful and work for different people and different occasions. It's just a comparison.
Will always do this regardless of not being a royal member. I'm such a big fan of Less is More & Simplicity. And these are quite rational too so it's understandable.
Not only for royals I generally don't like overdoing the contouring and all especially when it's way to prominent and looks like multiple layers on face which doesn't even match the color of neck most of the time...natural looks are more attractive and classy
I might not be recognized as a princess or queen of what people may believe is 'royal' blood but I will ALWAYS consider myself a princess and a queen. A princess and queen to me is someone with high morals and a good character with a great heart who cares about herself and the all other living beings on the planet. I will ALWAYS consider my lineage royal because I am proud of my bloodlines. So you can consider yourself a princess or queen even if other people may not. 😊
Totally agree. They are no better than you, me or anyone else. People should be defined by their character not a certain bloodline. The Royals wouldn't be Royal if so because most of there characters are trash. Some of the newer ones are better and try to be decent but, back in the day they were all terrible people.
MEgain has defiantly broken all of those rules time and again. She's the queen of messy hair, excessive unnatural makeup and dark nail polish, along with no hose, and too revealing outfits in an attempt to set trends.
What’s with the thumbnail? Kate often wear skirts and dresses above her knees and I don’t see Meghan breaking any of these rules since she’s married. Enough with this mess
Do you think God looks at a so called royal better than a common or visa versa ? I think it's all b.s., we are all people and he loves us as we are. The only king I would bow down to is Jesus, the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
it's less about pleasing gods, rather than just improving the way you carry and hold yourself so as to seem and be more mature, respectful and modest; admirable for ladies as well as gentlemen. Bow down to God if you wish, but adding a bit of class to the way you dress (not implying you don't) and act goes a long way with you see the world, and how people see you.
Really great rules, but one should always leave some space to be just a human being, royal or no royal. The ones who judge royals are simply common people. Royals are a few in number, but ironically they are judged by millions of commoners. Commoners should try following some of the etiquettes, then they will know how difficult it is to belong to a royal family and continuously behave immaculately!
Don't like the thumbnail 🙄 Meghan has an impressive humanitarian history, she was also employed, in her own career before marrying prince Harry. So....the thumbnail is a bit demeaning because she comes from a lot.
Everything is different between common person and royals....the thing is same that is death .....we all have to die ,......in this world there is no power which can save us......the way they live .....the way we live is totally different ....but we will die the same way.....and yaY that's the bitter truth..??!
