Story Time! Ok, so one time my cousin and I saw The Riddler's Revenge and were like: Let's go There was a three hour wait time so we were like"Whatever" When we got to the front of the line (we were next) the ride broke. asdf45g32fwqdw[efbtjpo3hig520u91 cOmMiT diE
Madeline Garcia ~ that’s-😭😂😂 Ridderls Revenge is one of my favorites, especially since it’s a stand up coaster: but the seats are..super uncomfortable☃️
@@quintocreations5091 I get that. I've now been positioning myself to bend my knees slightly so when the seats lock there's more space. Still, I feel some discomfort, the ride really isn't all that bad ykno(:
All roller coasters sorted out (Note: Will edit when going back there) The "Let's do this" type of rides: - Ninja - X2 The "Eh" Type of rides: - The New Revolution The "Not Bad Rides" - Viper - Scream - Tatsu The good type of "What did I just go on" ride: - Twisted Colossus - Lex Luthor: Drop of doom The "Have to ride it list" type of ride: - Goliath - Batman The Ride - Green Lantern - Crazanity - Superman: Escape from Cripton Twisted Collossus + Scream = Screaming Collosus Crazanity + The New Revolution = The New Crazanity X2 + Lex Luthor: Drop of Doom = The drop of X2 Goliath + Batman the ride = Goliath the ride
Im 10 years old so i went on twisted collasus because my siblings convinced me because they said it was not a bad roller coaster, so i went on it, the first part wasnt so bad but the drop down is what makes me despise this roller coaster, i loved the ride but the thing i fear about it is the drop down. So i will keep despising the ride til im like 12, 13 or 14 years old
@@youwantcheeseonthatburger7183 I guess everybody has their own opinion. But I can see it to an extent. Especially the RMC coasters are fun. But they really aren't that different. The space between the best and the worst is nothing compared to most. And x2 is revolutionary and unique. I get it
Tatsu is cool to ride at night during Holiday in the Park. It gives a unique view of the holiday lights down below. It’s a way to get a taste of what Santa must see on Christmas Eve.
@@Em-mu8ne I sat in the last car and that 1st drop was way more intense than I thought it was gna be. Then after the craziness I realized fml..we have to go around again lol. I will say best ride I've ever been on. Full throttle too
Tatsu is definitely my favorite coater of all time. It's been a while but I remember that it was a really smooth ride and you really got that sensation of flying. Also X2 can be quite painful. My buddy jerked his neck pretty good while on the ride. Definitely unique though.
I did not get to ride X2 because it was closed and I didn’t ride twisted colossus because I didn’t want to wait an hour for this ride. Seeing this video I guess I should’ve. Looks like I might have to plan a trip for Magic mountain when those rides are open so I can get the chance to ride them
Magic Mountain is my home park. Here's my Top 10: 1) Twisted Colossus 2) Tatsu 3) X2 4) Riddler's Revenge 5) Goliath 6) Full Throttle 7) Batman: The Ride 8) Superman: Escape From Krypton 9) Apocalypse 10) Ninja
@@-brianflix-6292 Viper is amazing if you know how to ride it. If you stick your head out more or keep it stuck directly in the middle of the headrest, then no headbanging, which improves the ride a lot.
Good list! I think my top 9 would be: 9. Scream 8. Riddler's Revenge 7. Batman 6. Superman 5. Full Throttle 4. Goliath 3. X2 2. Tatsu 1. Twisted Colossus
TC was closed when I went and I’m from the UK so that’s a bummer. I went on X2 twice though and that is by far the most thrilling ride I’ve ever been on in the world ❤️❤️
3:37... I love how Six Flags blatantly and boldly wants everyone to forget that Tower Of Terror opened 2 months before Superman. Oh those crazy Six Flags execs.
I’ve ridden apocalypse, superman, goliath, tatsu, X2 and twisted colossus. I will go to the park again on october 19, this will be my 5th year in a row going to sfmm. I hope to go on the other rollercoasters that I haven’t ride yet. 😄
not been to magic mountain since '05, went there 3 weeks ago with my oldest son...twisted colossus would have to be number 1 as well on my list... i rode all the rides there that day besides apocalypse for my judging.
My top 8 1) X2 2) Twisted Colossus 3) Riddlers Revenge 4)Terminator Salvation (they only changed the name and nothing else significant, so I don’t call it by the new name) 5) Scream 6) Superman blahblahblah 7) Viper 8) Ninja
It’s called The New Revolution. He was just using it as background footage while he put in commentary. No one in their right mind would ever call that ride scary, unless they believe that rollercoasters are unsafe (which they aren’t) or are scared of being upside down. Most thrill-seekers aren’t.
the Foward lanch was more very forceful to me, I rode this before dragster, and I felt the launch on this was more intense becuase it felt like it kept going and going, Lims are underrated lancuhes
I agree with this entire list except maybe swap Tatsu and X2 as on X2 if you aren’t careful, you’ll slam your head HARD like I did. Also as of June 23rd 2019 Apocalypse is closed down for good
I really don't understand how everyone loves x2. When I went on it, I was on the outside and it destroyed my neck and back to the point where I couldn't focus on anything but the pain I was in. Legitimately the roughest ride I've ever been on. I was told the inside is better, but still. I don't know what gives.
I saw a video posted a few days ago where they say at least one of the cars on Superman is now facing forwards again. I haven’t been in several years so I can’t confirm but the rumor is you’ll now have a choice of going forward or backwards.
Tatspoo, Golianati and Half Throttle, I don’t even rank those on the list. Also, X2 is by Arrow, S&S didn’t come in to the picture until much later. They also only changed the trains, Arrow developed the concept for the ride and without them it wouldn’t exist at all, therefore it will always be theirs.
What are full and throttle? Also (in case you couldn’t tell by the names) clearly "best rides" is not the category they fall under. They don’t even fall under "good rides"
I think Six Flags missed a good marketing opportunity with Full Throttle. For real they should repaint it green and just call it Mountain Dew Caffeine Rush!
"Fear in even the most hardened of thrillseeker" ya, i’m not sure what "thrillseekers" you’ve been hanging out with, but I can tell you for fact that nothing there strikes fear into me (and I know I’m not the only one), so that statement isn't entirely true
No Batman? Are you nuts? Comparing Batman, Riddlers Revenge, and Scream, Batman is clearly the best IMO. So fast. Not uncomfortable like Riddler's Revenge.
Twisted Colossus looks kick ass but I'm disappointed that they removed the original Colossus. That two-track wooden roller coaster was a signature trademark that helped give Magic Mountain its image. I'll always remember seeing it when I came into the parking lot and thinking that it looked cool. It looked visually appealing from a distance. It was a good roller coaster to ride on. They should've kept it and built Twisted Colossus in the spot where Apocalypse is and then they didn't need Apocalypse. Why was The Colossus less of a good ride than Apocalypse is? I don't get it. I'm disappointed that they removed The Colossus and The Log Jammer (Don't mess with my flume rides -- business people who make theme park decisions). Those rides should have never been removed. The heads of Six Flags weren't thinking straight when they removed those rides.
