9. Cleaning Keyboard - SOUNDsculptures (ASMR) 

Meanwhile, I can lift up my keyboard, flip it upside-down, shake it a bit and have so much skin and dirt fall out that it could cover my entire damn table. I should clean my keyboard soon.

This video is 5 years old and still remains my favorite asmr video yet.

waterproof keyboards :') best ones ever. i got one, not even a minute under water stream, let it dry and it'll be working perfectly

I'm really glad I found your videos, you seem to have a good understanding of ASMR. This one works best for me so far, although I'm still happily working my way through the others :D Reminds me of when I was younger I used to work as a typist on the old style typewriters. Everytime the bloke came out to clean the typewriters about once a month I'd get the feeling, although at the time I had no idea what it was. I could have sat and watched him all day.

I'm guessing you have a Dell XPS judging from this and the other video. It looks just like my laptop! With the exception of a UK keyboard of course.

Your channel is my favourite asmr channel! I don't really like asmr with voices, it's not that I don't like people talking, but all the people who are supposedly whispering, do it too loud for my taste. This is perfect. I'm sure you have a lovely voice, but i like it this way!

Ye i tipped my key board upside down once and a lost roman civilization not to mention about 3 planets a nebular and another key bored also a years supply of food that was about 2 years ago time i went in again tell my mum and dad i love them

Mate I'm not being cocky. I can be cocky if you like. People experience ASMR in different parts of their body. What causes it, I don't know. It's a fairly new subject and has barely been touched on by scientists, some even disregarding that it's even real. The only logical reason (that I can think of) is a rapid contraction of blood vessels and muscles, just like in an orgasm. Others will have different opinions. No one's going to be right until a proper science team researches it.

@TheSwedishFreaK It is not 100% alcohol it's rubbing alcohol like it says on the container (. it came in a plastic bottle (isopropanol) if it was pure alcohol it would be in a glass bottle) and she poured it into a plastic container both of which were fine

@SOUNDsculptures yeah I mean making something with clay :P In dutch clay means "klei" and if we make something with clay we say "kleien" so I thought it would be the same in English haha.

well if theres adverts on his channel he can get paid to do chores he probably cant normally be bothered to do, like cleaning his keyboard ^^ kills 2 birds with one stone really.

removal of buttons reminded me how i changed most of the buttons of keyboard of my school computers and all students were so confused including teacher. BTW V Relaxing video :)

I dare not do this with my key board. would have hairs and crumbs and skin flakes falling out not to motion spiders, field mice, ravens and several types of exotic fish to.

I still remember popping out a key on my laptop after watching this video when it was new. Irreversibly broke it. Makes me weirdly happy every time I see that old broken thing again though, as it reminds me of relaxing to this video.

I prefer a good ol fashion blow as hard as I can on my keyboard till all the little bits of stuff are pushed to one side... then I never use that side again

@nyasmr I actually get both! I don't think its weird. I usually feel like I'm losing my breath after a while but then I realize its just some insane butterflies!

How did you remember exactly where to put all the keys back into place? Did you have a reference picture or something? I would never remember that.

@SOUNDsculptures Yup! 15 here too. So far I love it. Totally beats the HP I had before...but that had a broken screen so it isn't hard to beat that.

I would need a hazordous waste disposal unit if I were to clean out my keyboard. I would also probably forget where half of the keys go...

This is an enjoying thing to watch.. loved it. Although I wouldnt want to do it myself. I would get bored after 2 mins of cleaning it hehe.

Yeah I get the asmr feeling, but I try not to like it. For some reason it feels weird and embarassing. It almost makes me feel guilty lol.

My keyboard is FILTHY! My main trigger is paintbrushes - it would have been awesome for a paintbrush to have been used to clean also ;)

@akihii1 if she is using 100% alcohol it will melt the top layers of the plastic which will in return take off the color.

Do something with money or coins.. Like coin collecting or anything related to collecting like cards or coupons!! Relaxing!

@akihii1 very true but alcohol also comes in polyetherine bottles (100%) works just as good as glass

I feel like this is a total waste of time to do in every day life... but it makes for a great video!

Sound sculpt sometimes I have ants come to my keyboard and go into the keys I can't find a way to get them out.

I love the tingles... Anyways, I found a BEDDER way to clear each key, take them off and soak them in the liquid. :)

Don't shake compressed air, that makes it colder. You get more air out of it when it's warmer :o

It took you that long to get out 1 key....lucky mine was broken when i was playing a game.

Do not shake the compressed air, it can be really dangerous, it says not to in the labels.

I just dish wash my keyboard. Throw it in with some dirty dishes and its good as new.

Lol; my ADD doesn't allow me to do this. I just stick my keyboards in the dishwasher.
