Hi. Could someone pls suggest how best I can do inner-city travel? In some places, distance by car is 8 mins while the same distance is 40 mins by train/walking. What to do in such cases? An example can be Yasaka Shrine to Osaka Castle. Do you suggest buses? Cycling? Car rentals? Cab?
