Furbabies are a lifetime responsibility unlike children they never grow up and move away from a happy home. They will always depend on you for food, medical, love, housing etc for the rest of "Their lives", "Dog Lives Matter"😊❤
I so wish Alabama would enforce this. I work delivery and see so many dogs out in our humid heat. My son has 3 huskies of which 2 are rescues. They were left out in the heat. These dogs are so grateful to be inside in the Air conditioning now!
I’m a vet tech in Austin. Every summer we get an influx of heat-stroke cases from dogs just going out for a quick potty break. It’s just too hot for them to be out for more than 30 minutes. The heat here is just not compatible with life for dogs. I’m glad leaving dogs outside here in Texas is becoming a punishable offense. If it’s too hot for you to sit out on your shaded porch, it’s DEFINITELY too hot for your dog. Dogs can’t sweat and can’t get rid of excess heat fast enough. Keep them inside!
My neighbors are doing the same thing to their Pitbull who is a female! They force her to stay outside in direct sunlight, NO shelter is provided and NO water… when she cries and screams very loudly, they put her in the garage which is facing the west, the sunlight hits the garage through out the day… turning the garage into a OVEN… ! I want to help her, but the police don’t help!
I hate people who don't think dogs/animals don't have any feelings. They get cold, they get hot, their poor little feet burn when you walk them on the burning hot sidewalk in extreme heat. They hunger, they thirst, Just like you!!
This is sad but what gets me the most is that children that are ripped out of a mother’s womb doesn’t get any of this attention. Animals get more sympathy than a child wanting to be born
