Those are watchmen of kokan railway, route is patrolled round the clock, watchmen deployed for 24 hours at some intervals, who will report if any issue on the track. In hand they hold signal mentioned by capital "W1" for watchmen no. 1, train loco pilot also acknowledged same by horn !!! Salute to such heros who work in any condition at remote places across the konkan railway route !!!
