BTW you don't even have to use shampoo. I am serious. It's been covered by quite a few content creators. Sometimes shampoo is the thing causing the flakes and stopping using a shampoo could solve the issue. There's also some movement named no-poo

I disagree with Lint rollers as they can damage the fibres of the clothing, like they pull on the fibres, I have found a 100% Horsehair brush does wonders, for around $5, they last for years, also having another can be used for cleaning shoes aw well! Those lint rollers have to be replace all the time, and eventually cost more than a horsehair brush

Thank you Antonio this was a good episode, even if i am genuine country style and work with an excavator. You have to moisten your hands and fingers because of all touch screens, so i always carry with me an tube of handcreme. i also go to footcare 6 times a year because i once got a hangnail on a bigtoe, try to wear steeltoes when you have an hangnail.

I really don't understand not taking care of finger and toe nails. It feels so good right after trimming the nails. Just like after a shower, you just feel better when you're groomed. Idk I guess it depends on how you were raised idk 😐 🤷

I'd add not wearing sunscreen. There are quite a few moisturizers that come with a build in sunscreen but as someone who golfs, I have noticed a ton of guys dont wear sun screen each day ( face) or even when they spend time outside to do dedicated activities. Adding a moisturizer with a sunblock to your routine will make a significant difference overtime in your skins appearance.

Most sunscreens are toxic so choose very carefully. Plus, most people are below true optimal in UV-b exposure. And no face and forearms are not enough, no matter what the "experts" claim.

Chickens! We have 6! Lint rollers are a must. We use air purifiers and no animals in the house, just good to get dust and particles down. Dental is key, you only get one set of natural teeth. It looks really bad to be untrimmed. I carry a spare pair of black socks in my bag or case...everywhere!

Huh, nobody mentioned yet dandruff and dry scalp are different conditions. Guess I'll be the first to warn about special treatments, even as innocent looking as shampoos, that can cause even more harm when misused.

Absolutely. I used to think I had bad dandruff, but dandruff shampoos made it worse. Moisturizing shampoos made it so much better.

I think number 9 needs to be MANDITORY learning for men AND women...there are times I'm shopping for groceries and someone is wearing some type of perfume, cologne, or just some kind of scent thing...and it is OVERPOWERING. I'm talking I don't want to be in the same isle as them cause I can smell it the isle over. You don't even have to be next to them but just within a 10 foot radius. It's why for my soaps, beard oil, mustache wax...stuff like that? I prefer more subtle scents that aren't overpoweringly strong or at the very least subtle and not a punch to the olfactory senses...I don't like being able to TASTE what someone is wearing for 'smelling good'...

Antonio, this was supposed to be a style mistake video. You even put gawdawful Ed Hardy spangly jeans in the thumbnail. What we got instead was a personal hygiene and grooming video. No one cares about a man's great breath or lint rollers if he is wearing jorts or bedazzled jeans with an oversized white t-shirt. A less charitable person may posit that this video was a bait and switch so you could sell electric toothbrushes. You should have titled this more accurately for personal hygiene and grooming mistakes. Tongue scrapers have little to nothing to do with style on a badly dressed man.
