Given the persisting global economic crisis, it's essential for individuals to focus on diversifying their income streams independent of governmental reliance. This involves exploring options such as stocks, gold, silver, and digital currencies. Despite the adversity in the economy, now is an opportune moment to contemplate these investment avenues.
The pathway to substantial returns doesn't solely rely on stocks with significant movements. Instead, it revolves around effectively managing risk relative to reward. By appropriately sizing your positions and capitalizing on your advantage repeatedly, you can progressively work towards achieving your financial goals. This principle applies across various investment approaches, whether it be long-term investing or day trading.
I agree, that's the more reason I prefer my day to day investment decisions being guided by an advisor, seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short at the same time both employing risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, coupled with the exclusive information/analysis they have, it's near impossible to not out-perform, been using my advisor for over 2years+ and I've netted over 2.8million.
I think this is something I should do, but I've been stalling for a long time now. I don't really know which firm to work with; I feel they are all the same but it seems you’ve got it all worked out with the firm you work with so i surely wouldn’t mind a recommendation.
I definitely share your sentiment about these firms. Finding financial advisors like Monica Lisa Payne who can assist you shape your portfolio would be a very creative option. There will be difficult times ahead, and prudent personal money management will be essential to navigating them.
Monica has the appearance of being a great authority in her profession. I looked her up online and found her website, which I reviewed and went through to learn more about her credentials, academic background, and employment. She has a fiduciary duty to protect my best interests. I sent her an email outlining my objectives and also booked a session with her; thanks for sharing.
Well, treat this video only for information and education purposes and NOT as recommendations. For the right funds that suit your risk profile, you may go to the ET Money App, and take the Investor Personality Assessment where you have to answer a few questions. Based on your responses, it tells you your risk profile as an investor. And the best part.. This exercise also suggests you suitable investment options as per your risk profile. This process hardly takes a few minutes.
Great analysis by the anchor, the way you have shown the filters and very precise classification made it very easy to understand on the pickings. Immediately liked and subscribed your channel after watching your very first video today. Similarly you should provide sector wise top performing mutual funds even for one time investors as well rather than only SIP. Cheers 👍

Yup if you are long term invester looking to build wealth you should go with Index and Smart Beta Index funds. As Indian stock market grows it will become harder for active funds to beat index just like in US this is why 75% of my portfolio is of Index funds.

Then, what is the reason behind suggesting Index funds for long term investment, when registered in Genius membership(paying extra amount every month), not this type of funds(apart from index funds). So where is the genius means?
Genius takes care of the risk adjusted returns by dynamically suggesting debt, gold and equity allocation. If you want plain equity returns and can digest the volatility better invest in active funds and not in genius.
@@jaf_007 I was invested in index funds, but the portfolio moves along with the index even during a market crash. Its cheap for sure, but the higher returns will offset the higher expense ratio by a big margin over 10yrs period if you invest in a low AUM aggressive fund such as JM or Quant flexicap funds. I am enjoying that now. I am into pure equity, active flexi cap funds do adjust their debt allocation based on market conditions. So I quit genius as active funds other than large cap funds make sense.
@@99sark different rate of returns. I would have invested X amount in one of them but chose to invest X/2 in one and X/2 in another just to average out.

@@rahuldash3332 sorry, it was another fund from JM which passed all returns criteria but we had to remove it due to a very small size AUM. JM Flexi Cap Fund dropped as it did not meet our returns filters.
The funds were picked using the methodology as told in the video. SBI Contra might have not met some conditions/filters used by us. And well, there are good funds outside this list as well. Treat this video only for information and education purposes and NOT as recommendations.
