Hi, Im a HVACR (heating ventilation airconditioning and refrigeration) tech and professor with an extensive experience sa refrigeration units kasama na ice making machines. I admire the info of Doc okay naman sya. Pero as much as possible dont buy a new ice making machine, you can use your own ref na lang (tulad ng ginagawa natin noon pa na nilalagay sa platic labo ang yelo). Napakahirap po mag ayos ng isang ice making machine sa totoo lang, even your ref mahirap na ayusin pag sira. pag nag uumpisa ka pa lang, at sa kuryente at tubig mo nahhrapan ka magbayad, eh wag ka na bumili. tuwing summer lang sige malakas eh pag tag ulan wala na bibili ng yelo. Even large na ice plants struggle sa bayad sa kuryente at tao na mag operate/maintain the eqpt. nilalatag ko lang lahat bago kayo mag desisyon sa ganung negosyo. and yes, may umaasenso naman kung matyaga ka at malaki ang pang puhunan mo. good luck

Software: you actually need money in this area, though, depending to the software you want to achieve or build, I'm a software developer myself, and you need a lot of planning, coding, resources and time. One mistake and all your effort will be gone, not to mention there's stack selection, testing/QA, debugging, and last but not the least, maintenance, yes you need to maintain your software from time to time, technology evolves, so yeh, be careful 🙂

Idagdag ko yung carwash machine yung maglalagay kalang ng 5 pesos maganda din yun sa my mga puhunan.

Well hindi sikat o hindi madalas ma-advertise ang yelo business, pero kasi necessity na rin s'ya kaya mabenta. Kaulad lang din ng bigas, asukal, asin, gatas, harina, atbp. basic ingredients sa mga main businesses katulad ng mga milk tea at coffee shops.

I hate to say... but anybody can just give advices on a lot of issues. However, it will definitely help if the speaker is a certified authority on the topic. I dunno if this speaker is legit and an authority in business & marketing or simply trying to earn a living by posting videos like this and hoping for revenue from RU-vid... I also think it would be beneficial to the 285k subscribers (?) to know more about the speaker, in terms of credentials, accomplishments, experience & expertise before dwelling on a subject matter that is way more complicated than how the speaker presented it in this clip, so she can give real substance to the subject. She has a doc as a prefix... meaning Medical doctor (MD), Doctorate degree (PhD) or ano ba? ...and then she's talking about entrepreneurship...lol
