My account is active as I am maintaining minimum balance and crediting and debitting money regularly, Myso is not able to operate the account as he is in England and his mobile number has become inactive and he is unable to operate his current account. Bank needs to verify his existence and wants him to sign the form regarding this and demands his presence in the bank but he couldnt come over to India and till date he couldn't come to India to sign the documents . How do we convince the bank that he cannot come back to India for signing the document. In themean time he has become a citizen of India. What are the RBI rules regarding this,
