I have a pitch for the Raw after the Chamber. Starts on the PLE, where Dom and JD give a huge assist for Judgment Day retaining the titles. On Raw, Ripley says that Dom and JD deserve a reward. She tells them to give Dom and JD a set of titles. Priest and Balor are reluctant at first, but then give them the SD tag titles. Priest and Balor then agree that to see if they are really viable champions, then they can defend them on Smackdown against New Catch Republic. NCR then defeat Dom and JD, immediately taking the titles off of them.

Ok, continuing on the pitch for the Grayson Waller segment where they tie up Seth and Cody, put up the cage, and most importantly as you said, Rock drags a referee down and says "Ring the damn bell!": The bell rings. Rock also yells at Samantha to announce them. She starts but is very unsure and it comes through in her voice. "The following is a... cage match?" Rock motions with his hands like "Hurry up, hurry up" so she goes faster. "The match can only be won by pinfall or submission, or by the first competitor to exit the cage with both feet touching the floor." By the time she finishes, Rock is outside the ring near her and snatches the mic away. "Took you damn long enough, if I had any hair it'd be gray by now!" He brings the mic into the ring, and we get a solid 5-10 minutes of Cody and Seth being absolutely massacred while the Rock quips on the mic. During this time he can say something here or there that tweaks Roman, or maybe causes Heyman to make that "Oh no" face, but Rock keeps them calm, "Hey it's all good man," before turning back to his victims. Eventually Rock picks up Seth and chucks him off to the side into the cage wall. He and Roman then sit Cody up in the corner, and get in his face while talking to him. "You've been in the ring with me for 10 minutes and you haven't even landed a punch! Is this what we can expect from you at Wrestlemania, Cody? Is this how you perform in big matches? By choking? By failing? By showing the whole world that you absolutely suck-" DING DING DING ... what? "LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, HERE ARE YOUR WINNERS - THE AMERICAN NIGHTMARE CODY RHODES, AND SETH FREAKIIIIIIIN ROOOOOLLIIIIINS!" Rock and Roman whip their heads around - Seth is gone. The camera finds him on the ground - while Rock and Roman were dealing with Cody, Seth had crawled his way out. Seth is bloody, bruised, and beaten, but he is laughing his ass off. Cody, barely conscious at this point, also manages a weak smile. The Rock is panicking. Like "The Hurricane just said my dick was small" panicking. "Nonononono this wasn't a match! This was- hey, you!" He grabs the ref by the throat. "You tell them this wasn't a match." The ref responds "You told me to ring the bell!" The Rock throws him aside, "It doesn't matter what I told you- TURN THEIR MUSIC OFF! Whoever is in the truck, you turn it off right now, or the Rock is going to come up there and shove that mixer straight up your candy ass! Samantha!" He turns and stomps over to her. "You take it back. You take the result back right now, you tell them you got it wrong. Right now." Samantha shrugs and backs away, trying to say something but Rock does his usual "Blah blah blah I don't care you Beyonce wannabe piece of trash, you say they didn't win, and you say it right now, or so help me-" While all of this has been happening, from the moment the bell rang to now, Roman and Heyman have been watching with increasing frustration. They aren't yelling or screaming, but the look on their faces gets more and more sour over time. When the Rock moves in on Samantha, Roman and Paul head to the door of the cage and exit. Back with Samantha, the Rock has just said "So help me," and Samantha nods and says "Ok ok ok! Ok!" The Rock backs off, and Samantha composes herself, then raises the microphone and says "After careful review, the decision-" she looks defiantly at the Rock "-WILL STAND." The Rock goes bugeyed as Samantha repeats "Therefor, the winners of this match are indeed the American Nightmare Cody Rhodes and Seth Freakiii-" The Rock slaps the microphone out of her hand. She slaps the Rock across the face. The Rock is stunned for a moment, but before he can do anything, Roman grabs him by the shoulder and forcefully spins him around. The Rock stares at this man who DARED to put his hands on the Rock. After a tense staredown, Roman says "You need to leave. Right now." The Rock doesn't flinch. Roman leans in close, but the cameras can still hear him as he says in a low voice "You are embarassing the family, and you are embarassing the Bloodline. You need to leave. NOW." The Rock stares a hole through Roman, but it seems like eventually he gets the message, and he steps past Roman and Heyman and heads towards the ramp. On the way he passes Seth Rollins, who is still down but is absolutely howling with laughter. The Rock kicks him for good measure, but it does nothing to hurt Seth's mood. Roman slowly approaches Samantha and, in a rare act of decency, says "I apologize for my cousin. And I assure you, it will not happen again." And with that, he and Heyman follow the Rock up the ramp. Along with me just loving the idea of Rock setting up a fake match to stroke his ego, and then LOSING that match, this also plants the seeds of Rock/Roman. To Roman, the Bloodline is his life. The Anoa'i family is his life. And while he may be a cutthroat and a cheater and a scoundrel willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done, he knows not to piss off the tribe. He is the Tribal Chief - how the Bloodline members act reflects on him, and Rock's behavior reflects very, very poorly on him, and on the family. We can have a few weeks of tension before Mania, then a false conclusion when the Rock finally says that he understands, and that "Roman Reigns... I acknowledge you." With that, we are meant to think that the Rock has fallen in line, but by the time Cody vs. Roman comes around on Night 2 of 'Mania, Rock will be more than ready to betray the Tribal Chief, setting up their eventual match at Summerslam.
