Totally agree. I have used Disc Makers for several of my projects. Recently try the cheap route and quality no where near Disc Makers. After I received the CD’s I went back to Disc Makers. My new album Candela won best song, best band and best album at the Independent Music Awards. They loved the quality of my Disc Maker CD
Good video. And yes, if there is a problem - you're there. I had an issue with my last order and your team got back to me quickly and offered several options to make it right. My orders are small and infrequent, but I was treated like I was important. That's a big part of my calculation.
I’ve done 2 CDs with you guys. Fantastic experience all around. Couldn’t be more pleased. Great product and superb customer service. Thank you so very much!
I’ve always been impressed with your artwork. Very creative and eye catching. I’m in the process of producing my first CD project with Disc Makers. Trevor is my support rep and he has been very helpful. He is quick to reply to my calls and emails. Looking forward to the finished product.
I didn’t know you actually made your own discs. I knew you did all the other work in house. But didn’t know you made discs from scratch. That’s pretty dang cool! The other thing that doesn’t seem to motivate people as much today (although it really should), is buying through Disc Makers is supporting American Jobs. I wish that mattered more to the American public today. But we still should have pride in American made… 🤔🤔🤔
@@kpcenti if you are running so few that only a couple copies are needed, it is easier to just do them yourself. It takes way too much time for a business like Disc Makers to set a job up and such, to only do 5-10 copies or something. Unless you wanted to pay a ridiculous amount. Like $15 plus a copy. I used to do independent duplication for my label out in Utah. And even we wouldn’t do anything less than 50 discs. And the cost was almost as much as 100. Because it is just too time consuming and not profitable to offer super small runs. I know I shouldn’t speak for Disc Makers on this. But I totally understand why a giant business like this with millions in cost yearly can’t do a 5-10 disc order… 🤷♂️ You would be better off just making 100 with Disc Makers and using the extras either to give away to promote. Or to send to radio DJs. Or even magazines and newspapers for reviews. And sell like 10 copies and cover the entire cost for the 100… You won’t be disappointed with a Disc Makers project.
