Osaka is not only the best sushi restaurant on the island but also in the Caribbean. When it is served you can see that it has a Caribbean tint and it is a joy to look at and it tastes that way too. everything is freshly made so it may take a while before you get your food. be patient you are on a caribbean island so take it easy and enjoy a cocktail while you wait for your food.
it's SOOOO GOOD. my recommendation for everyone is if you're dining as more than 1 person, don't BOTH do the chefs menu. One does the chef's menu, one orders a la carte, then you share ALL the dishes. and don't miss that bread. and don't miss watching the video footage of that bread rising on timelapse on my latest Bonaire restaurants video. lol. LOVE this suggestion! Brass Boer is amazing!
@@ChristineLozada we're so glad that the food is still amazing. We were so worried that one of our favourite islands wouldn't be the same after the pandemic. I've emailed Westjet to see when there flying there. But I've had no response from them. Maybe Bonaire tourist department could contact Westjet??
Just had Cactus Blue. I had their “famous kite burger” with jalapeños made as a salad. Most flavourful meal I’ve had in Bonaire yet!! Highly recommend.
