9 Tips Summary EXTRA HELPFUL / HELPER BOOST 1 Use Extra Helpful S or Helper Boost (Type) to over-stack your berries to boost next week COOKING 2 Avoid using excessive materials for expanded pot on Sunday that could jeopardize your Monday meals 3 Save Sunday dinner to cook Monday morning between 4am-6am. This can be done with time traveling if done very meticulously (please refer to my videos on explanation) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-cGSBCDNLh_8.html 4 Slowpoke tails can be used as extra ingredients if you are willing to part with them INVENTORY 5 Sunday night sleep with large inventory Pokemon - can be berry or ingredient specialists 6 Sunday night sleep with ingredient specialists as they are relatively more value than other days since sneaky snacking is useless. OVER-HEALING 7 Over-healing your next team. You can run dual healers during this method to over-heal pokemon quicker. Box the over-healed Pokemon to keep them for start of next week so you can have a whole team of strength-farmers and not need to worry about healing. You can predict skill trigger with this trick: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-PBs4hgumtlI.html TIME TRAVELING 8 Purposely time travel to Monday 4am to trigger a new island before going back to sleep on Sunday (before 4am). This allows you not to waste sneaky snacking on the Sunday night. Although, your sunday session will be on a new island. ++ PERK 9 If you are using ++, you can change island (at 4am) without ending the sleep session. This allows you to start farming straight away and sneaky snacking is not wasted from 4am onwards.
I didn't know that Snorlax didn't gain anything at all on Monday morning after activating sleep on Sunday, so I'll definitely look at doing an ingredient team to put on instead.

On non-event, non-GSD weeks, I go to low area bonus islands and shove a bunch of Ingredient Magnet / Ingredient specialist mons to try and stock up on rare ingredients, especially them tails!
Used some tips and got to halfway though Great 2 this morning for the new week. Thank you for this. The bad thing is I thought it was Raikou week already.....O well I guess I'll call it practice and try and do better next week.
@@Bropenings stacked ingredients and cooked dinner after 4am. Used cooking power up s to get my pot to 96 instead of 68. And put my 5 largest carry limit mons on just before bed. I just wouldn't have chosen greengrass if I remember Raikou wasn't this week.
I hope starting the island sooner method doesn't mess up the EH bag carrying over to next week strat. I am guessing and hoping it won't. Sneaky snacking + EH would be ideal scenario
After this video and the overhealing tip i am considering investing in my Wynaut that have Helping Speed lvl 10, Skill Trigger M and S at lvl 25 and 50, AND main skill up nature. The perfect skill Pokemon 😂
That could work. I personally prefer 2 E4E healers personally so they can alternate between areas (e.g. Lakeside gardevoir, cyan beach wiggly) normally and run both healers when I need to over heal.
Since you mentioned energizing cheer, do you think that it would be worth using if they changed it to specifically target the Pokémon with the lowest energy on the team?
Yes they did patch a few of these. Unfortunately I don't have enough time to update an entire video every time they make an update, otherwise id have to redo this video about 3 times already. I recommend following along my info videos as I discuss each update as they drop and analyse how it changes things.
Q about #9: Poke++ Player, woke up at 4 am, didn’t end sleep session, change island (let’s say Island A to Island B) and cook the sunday dinner on monday. Then I wake up as I normally do and end the sleep session, will the session corresponds to Island A or B?
Island A in MOST circumstances and will use your island A DP as well! If you change island too close to the start track time however, game might think you're on island B due to desyncing issues (since ++ tracks separately and offline from the game). The recommendation is to have about a 2 hour gap.
@@matthayes976 I tested this, the session corresponded to Island A (using Island A Drowsy Power and everything) with no downsides, except that the dinner at 4AM it has NO Sunday boost.
I really like the idea of tip n9 but how can you change the island at 4am without ending sleep session on ++? Do you need to fake a nap manually before it forces you on the next island? But then the sleep recording on the ++ would be discredeted since the nap infringes on the sleep session no? Or f.e. you go sleep at 9pm and put the nap at 8-9pm? Sorry if I miss something easy, pls help
@dominikhrncirik6924 no don't do that nap thing you mentioned. You simply open the game at 4am and don't sync the ++. At 4am it'll ask you to change island in game while your ++ still tracks.
How did you rack up so many stockpiled ingredients? Other than increasing your carry limit, do you not always cook full pots? Or do your higher level ingredient mons naturally get you that many over time?
I do fill the pot every meal. Over stocking ingredients isn't necessarily a good thing. If you can't use them they're not powering up snorlax. If you really want to fill your bag you can use more ingredient magnet pokemon, but I wouldn't make that my focus. Berry specialists matching favourite berry is still the most important.
@@Bropenings Got it! My ingredient pouch is only 220, but it seems to only hit that if I run a full ingredients team... now that I've cooked everything once I might just hold back and only make dishes that I naturally end up with, even if that's just apple juice with nothing extra 🥲
I only talked about it as a lead into raikou's ability here ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-yATcv2Ut648.html I haven't made an in depth analysis on the skill, yet.
@antoniokalifa6249 IF you already have that skill invested on a helper then have it trigger but not collect those extra productions, and let them stack until raikou event. However to make the skill good you need to level up main skill which could cost you main skill seeds. It would be wasted to use the main seeds now before seeing how good raikou itself is who does a very similar skill (maybe better).
If you know when leafeon triggers using your method, couldn’t you remove 4 Pokémon from team and add the pokemon you want to heal? 50/50 chance with 2 pokemon but it saves from using a pillow.
Yes. But the problem is, 50% chance Leafeon heals itself is a much worse outcome than 20% chance it heals itself. I'd rather Leafeon have a 20% chance to heal itself, and 80% chance it heals any of my good pokemon (assuming the other 4 are all meta).
