Thanks for the demo.... Didn't know you have to peel out the hairy skin.... Learned that it's highly nutritive .... They say you can boil the leaves, then add onions: fine for liver detox... I'm learning new things... GOD bless 🙏

Nice video but no insult intended pls can you make the place for the cooking clean and more presentable I know it's a village settings but it can be cleaned so the people watching from other countries don't get a wrong impression about African village life .just my honest opinion no offence intended 🙏

If you can check where they're cooking from it's like they cooked from a banana plantation,,I guess it can't be swept apart from being careful not to contaminate their food,my thinking though
@joanvee3592
@joanvee3592 5 месяцев назад
You will be surprised when this food is safer than the restaurant food or food prepared in those nice looking kitchens
@AnnieKeera

@@joanvee3592 Thank you,you cant sweep in a plantation,we even have beliefs here ,one of them is,it means you're sweeping away food from the plantation

I do not think the place looks dirty or unclean. In fact the vessel you use is clean, the leaves are fresh and washed after preparation before adding to the pot. The place is natural as is, not like the sanitized city kitchen. Nice video. Only thing that needs to be changed here is to NOT give a knife to a baby.

Your baby plays with a knive and does not cut themselves? I'm glad but I don't think you should show a baby playing with a knife.
