I’m almost toward the end of the video and all I’ve seen is smiles and laughter lol. Kayla do you have good chemistry with your significant other? Post a video so people can judge
@@sitihajar2677 nah that's just a friendship type of chemistry. you can laugh like that with any guy you're friends with. they have no strong emotional nor romantic love for each other. even if rose was faking it for a greencard ed and rose had more chemistry than this couple and Ed was a major dick to rose.
I don’t understand why they don’t just add the bonus scenes in the show. I find the dialogue more interesting. Im able to see their chemistry and personalities a lot better here.
Violett Reyes That’s the point. TLC doesn’t want us to see chemistry or hope for these couples. They want drama and chaos to keep us tuned in, and yearning for more, because if all seems well in marriage-vile, the masses would become bored I believe. Sad but true. Jolly well. 🥂🥂🥂🥂🥂🥂🥂. Cheers mates!
padma salam I can agree on that. Every person I’ve talked to that watches this show always says “90 Day Finance is one of my favorite trash reality shows to watch, it makes me feel better about myself.” So I totally get what you’re saying. But honestly, I like Jihoon and Deavon, I hope they can have a spin off because they’re so cute together.
I think it has a lot to do with having to share a space with other people when you want to be alone with your new husband/bf there are things you just can't do. People are just wanting to see it in a rude light.
@@cateIeya I mean, it's also an American TV show. It's not like they were looking for polite or friendly people to be on it. Because then it would be boring to watch.
They have a youtube channel (JunnyVanny) where you can see how she actually is... TV editors make you see what they want to see bc they need to make it juicy. She also said that she was in a very bad place during filming because her family member had died a few days prior to filming. If you watch their videos, they are actually a very cute family.

It's actually not that much of a joke. 2 of my friends spent a good chunk of time there and they were surprised at how openly people stare, or how it doesn't seem to be the norm to apologize when bumping into someone. Imagine how much worse it was for these guys, since they are both black and Canadian, so the staring happened pretty often and the lack of apologies hurt them so much more 😂🤣
Really do feel bad for her older daughter, she’s being moved to a whole new country and leaving her other family for a family that’s not even hers to begin with

You can see how the average American lacks experience, common courtesy, and entitlement. People don't realize how much of a privilege it is to live in the United States that literally the SMALLEST things in other countries bother them for no reason. A common trend I've seen in this 90 day fiance series is if one of the person's partner is from for ex. Asia, they will literally judge them on their ability to speak English yet they don't realize they're in a foreign country and that's not the native language. It's like they feel the world revolves around them and the entitlement is just ridiculous. In this case, Deavan was born and raised in America so I'm assuming she's never been in a small house before but it's disrespectful to complain and be bitchy about your current situation if you're getting help from others. If she wanted a better life she should've stayed in America and kept her job if it pays better than what Jihoon was making. Whether he lied about his work or not she still should've taken into consideration how much of a risk it is going from United States to Korea and if their earnings or at least Jihoon can financially sustain the family for a while. There was no thought and planning before starting a family and it caused them to be in their situation now. I think the better choice here was she should've waited for Jihoon to get his visa (idk how the immigration process work in America) and just made Jihoon move to America because there's less risks in my opinion.
you're completely right!! at this point, she was asking for it. it also is questioning how she didn't even bother to learn a simple phrase such as 'sorry' before coming to Korea sure as hell knowing her husband is Korean as well as his parents. People like these expect things to go their way and get by without educating themselves it's immature and irresponsible. Not to remind you of the way she and her mum were bitching about the whole thing like the house being small and saying that the neighborhood is the 'ghetto of Korea' how disrespectful! knowing that's their parent's house and them blaming him for the smallest things, you can clearly tell that his losing self-confidence as well as question how he is as a father. I honestly believe is a great father, Jihoon took in a child that isn't his own and is trying everything he can to have a better life with his new family but the whole time she and her mother is complaining and degrading him.
I don't wanna blame them it's the kind of upbringing they get from their parents as parents in too early age distances them and also upon growing wants them to go out of 🏠 like they are liability..sure average American lacks empathy and subtle respect towards others and other's culture. .it's something I always see in Americans..I could be wrong
@@candletabletop154 Korea is better. As there are family values.. Americans have to take permission or appointment from their parents to litterally move in..lol..like their parents litterally treats them like liability.. absolute lack of responsibility and empathy

Lol I was thinking the same thing. If he wasn’t witty and really nice, everyone would be bagging on him for not being able to support his family and still living with his folks 🤣
For real she had so much time to learn and there’s so many resources online even resources sponsored by the K government because they want people to learn
Right what was she doing for 9 months, her usual moping? Waiting until after birth to begin study time is just stupid. But she acts like a 16 year old on meth anyway good luck to her
@@angelicaadams7382 she was still working, visited his family, had them visit her, was taking care of her other kid, appearing on this show, and getting ready to get married and move since he wanted her to move to South Korea with him rather than him moving in with her. I do still think that she should have put forth more effort and been more determined in learning at least the basic phrases though but I still wouldn't call her lazy that she didn't.
Brenna Theunicorn - I completely agree. At least they’re taking their little family seriously and trying. They are both good people and such adorable support from his parents! They don’t have a lot, but opened their home to help! Really sweet! 🙂
Not showing any gratitude at all. She better start acting like a real Korean wife. Baby, children, housework, cooking etc that's what women do. Best get with the program if she wants it to work.
caro james You seem to know nothing about “real korean women” in 2019. It’s not just babies, cleaning and cooking. They WORK, They have friends, they have hobbies, and don’t rely on their husbands as breadwinners.
Considering she didn’t want to stay there in the first place.. was lied to about financial situations.. and is only concerned about her children’s well-being. Yeah I wouldn’t be too pleased with Jihoon either. She literally JUST got to Korea, and it’s called culture shock for a reason.
literally how did she not know that it’s a different country and the house sizes are very different lol. Plus she’s living there for free so I’d be so grateful.
but I mean yea she should be more respectful towards it but she just moved to a different country so of course she’s not gonna be used to smaller houses or traditional homes
jessgoodwinxx I think she probably just feels cramped, it’s a small house with 4 adults and a baby (counting that little demon child wasn’t there yet) , personally I can understand her being cramped was because I live in a small house with 8 people so I think she might just be feeling overwhelmed
She look already like dracula haha but is like this becuase she is put her self in this situation ! If she was smart now she will be happy and with make up like before . He is good guy but doesnt have money and even the baby is not in the right moment so
As a American, this is soooo embarrassing, i promise all of us aren’t like that😔 chileee I’m now reading these comments and some of you guys are so arrogant towards Koreans AND Americans, anyways....
Aeryll yeah right I agree! I’m also American too. I just don’t like the generalizing or assumptions of these comments. I mean, have some of these people have personally come to know any Americans in order to give bold statements? If those people are really bothered by the supposed ignorance of our people, instead of just bashing, why can’t they teach us then? What I mean is, if you have something, whether it’s knowledge, a skill set, a hobby, an article that you think other people should know or understand about, instead of generalizing a people group, why can’t you share your knowledge to them? If we really want ignorance to disappear, why can’t we be positive and just share what we know? For example, sharing one’s cultural similarities or differences to another group. To lessen this “ignorance” that supposedly ALL Americans have and are.
without context she looks like a bitch. but, jihoon had told her that he could financially take care of them in korea. weeks before the move, when she was literally selling all of her stuff, he told her he’s unemployed. i don’t blame her tbh, she’s been lied to
@@footballgirl263 sis there you go again defending her. being lied to and projecting a petty attitude is not is the not the mature adult way at handling things. Johnny Pham she just popped out a baby, moved to a new country and has her mind on her living situation not to mention her other child! Maybe you should not share opinions that are misunderstanding of women. Just saying. 😏
I think their cute together😊it’s just that she needs to put in effort in her Korean like he’s putting in for his English. I also think she shouldn’t complain about other people’s way of living in a different culture.
she should, because he promised her that he'd get a job and an apartment for them and their 2(!) children to live in before she moved, and didn't do any of it.
Rhonda Thompson How do you know?? Why can’t people LIKE Asian men without having a fetish? Her first child is fully white, so her ex was white. The fact that she dated 1 other Korean guy doesn’t mean she has a fetish.
I hate to be racist but white woman like men are somewhat douches and dickheads who are sorta more masculine and have more control. Jihoon is laid back to the point where she could easily wear the pants in the relationship and he doesnt come off like he would reperimand her if she ever r disrespected him. it's just something I've noticed all these years with white american women like devaen. if she found a basic white guy who was semi douchey she'd be way more happier as fucked up as it sounds
@Johnny Morphine tbh I'm not defending him but ?????? that's the reality of korea for you. a lot of the average men are dead broke, in debt because of education or loan sharks (yes it's not just a k-drama thing, loan sharks and debt is actually 10x more normal than student loan debt in america. Being in debt in korea as a regular korean is nothing shocking depending on the amount. that's deavan's dumbass fault for not studying korean culture at it's core and learning this is a thing) only thing I cant defend is selling stolen phones but he was trying to hustle. Geoffery, who dating that russian chick who speaks worse english than the korean man , actually beat his wife up and sold drugs yet he gets all the leverage in the season and even attacks Varya as if he's innocent until he reveals WAY LATER that he is a criminal.
People need to understand she also complains about the house cause he lied about the money he makes and she expected them to have their own house when she arrived as that’s what he told her. So yes it can seem ungrateful but considering the fact it would be easier to move JUST him to America, I would say she is fairly open and respectful of his culture.
Yeah, inculding that fact she has another kid to worry about and there are other things on her plate which isn't mentioned on the show, people are so rude honestly...
I think people are overreacting both ways. I think they were both quite funny tbh. Bear in mind apparently she had a family member pass away shortly before filming so naturally she's going to be in a worse mood than usual.
Umm she didnt even do anything how is she ungrateful and she never even said nothing about money. How about yall stop judging her, yes shes not good at the language or knows theur culture well, but thats no reason to treat her that way lol
You clearly haven’t watched this show much. Lmbooo he lies to her a lot. He was arrested for stealing phones and selling them in China. He has a massive amount of debt. He acts like he’s 5. The list goes on. The pressure is on for this young woman. She is in an entire different continent, culture, and language system. She is perfectly within her rights to be more than a little iffy about him.
Everyone saying she's a koreaboo when she doesn't even know a single korean word😂 like even just watching one kdrama should make you know basic words like "sorry" - it's weird that after dating several koreans, being pregnant from a korean for 9months and then moving to korea hasn't encouraged her to study more... But jihoon telling his wife to curse at people had me dead😂
Right? And she loves BTS so I’m surprised she doesn’t know how to say the basics like “sorry”. I feel like just by listening to K-Pop, you learn small basic words.
Can we talk about how rude it was when she said “it’s so good we can get out of that SMALL house and wAlK around” I personally am insecure about my house and if someone said that too me I would be very embarrassed
Mattea Raman I am not sure but i saw comment here that he basically lied to her and told her that he makes lots of money ,so that is why she seems ungrateful and rude.

They have a RU-vid channel now and are such a nice couple, TLC made her out to be a horrible person but she’s actually really lovely and a great mother to her children.
How about the fact that he’s been LYING to her about the financial and living situation? Or quitting his job before the baby was born? She is ONLY looking out for the best interests of her CHILDREN. Stop putting her on blast when he has done more things wrong than right.
I still can't believe this chick planned to permanently move to Korea and didn't even practice the language beforehand. It's too many apps out teaching Korean so that you could at least have the basics down.
Rica Ivory I don’t blame her. She’s a mom to a toddler and has a newborn. But I’m sure she’ll be able to pick up a good amount once she gets settled. Not that I encourage it, but actually a lot of foreigners come here to Korea without speaking the language and they pick up the basics pretty quickly... out of necessity haha beyond the basics, it’s relatively easy to get by without knowing the language when you first get here.
@@jannettesjournal I understand, but that's ridiculous, especially if they have the tools to learn it. I'm a mother to kids too and I learned the basic to Korean, it's no excuse to why she couldn't when she talks to jihoon pretty much everyday and coulda practiced with him. It may be easy to get by without knowing languages but many people try to grasp the basics bcuz you could really get into trouble. I just used an app and can even ask basic questions and say sorry.
Dude how come she doesn’t have enough respect to learn her husbands language while she lives in his country? I’m learning Spanish just to talk with people who need help and to talk with my boyfriends family.
I hate how they make her look disrespectful. When you watch their youtube videos Deavan is actually a very nice person and is trying her best, while Jihoon is just a whole child. I feel bad for her honestly, she deserves better.
This comment section is full of koreaboos accusing Deavan of being a koreaboo. Most of them are probably jealous because she's in Korea and they aren't.
um? no offense but who is really that poor that they can't afford to go to korea? there is nothing to be jealous of especially with devean of all people. she's aloof, lacks emotions, racially ignorant, culturally ignorant and she didn't take time to learn his culture. I personally do not get how she is a koreaboo but I'm guessing people calling her that cause she shows 0 fucking signs of interest in him. she looks like she with him out of sheer obligation for the baby and could care less about him or korea. people are confusing "koreaboo" with classic american racism blanketed in white people thinking asians are easier to deal with and rich. but I doubt the real koreaboos in this comment (if there any) are jealous of her.
p.s deavan is such a bitch and I'm telling you if you want to chase an asian man away just act like her for a solid week and the korean guy will go running unless he's looking for a white chick desperately or got you preg.
