honestly good work! keep it up! btw just one thing to note, i feel like you last step slows down. tbh i have the same problem, i slow down on my penultimate, but my friend pointed it out and i tried speeding it up and it worked, now i just have to practice faster penultimate steps. so im guessing the same goes for you, you automatically slow down on your last step (for the single leg) which makes you lose speed and therefore less bounce. hopefully this helps and wasnt just a yap session lol gl on dunking!
Thanks for the tip! Yeah I'm working on finding a good balance of speed and acceleration in my approach rn. Since I'm fatigued it makes it harder for me to amortize a super fast approach but I'm definitely working on trying to find something that feels comfortable and still follows the principles of good jump technique
