I meant to ask you what breed of dog is that in your profile picture? Is that your dog? A very fine and distinctive looking animal indeed. Unfortunately because of my work I’m unable to look after a dog properly and take care of it how it deserves, but I do have some cats which help me to unwind when I get home. Unfortunately as much as I love my cats, you don’t have such a close bond with a cat that you would have with a dog. However I’m thankful for what I have and my wife and I enjoy taking care of them. Have you ever heard of a “Polydactyl” type of car? It is not a specific type of bread, rather it is a condition that some cats are born with that I do not think is fully understood. Any breed of cat can be born a Polydactyl, even the big cats such as tigers, leopards, pumas etc. As you will probably know cats as well as dogs have 4 toes on each paw, however a Polydactyl cat has 4 toes and a thumb. Yes you did read that correctly they have thumbs on their front paws and 5 toes on their rear paws. In fact some Polydactyl cats can even 6 toes and very rarely even more than that although it becomes difficult for the cat to walk or run properly. My Polydactyl cat has 4 toes on her front paws as well as a fully functional thumb which also had a properly retractable claw and a pad on the underside. If you had never seen a cat before and then saw my Polydactyl cat you wouldn’t think it was strange her having thumbs on her front paws and 5 toes on her rear paws. I often tease her with a pencil or a twig when I’m playing with her and she is able to grip it because she has thumbs and actually hold it. I’ve given up trying to teach her how to write her name with the pencil though 😄. You may possibly have heard of an American writer called Earnest Hemingway? He’s dead now but he was fascinated with Polydactyl cats and he had a huge collection of them. In fact his estate apparently still have a large number of them even now, 40-50 I think. Anyway this is nothing to do with wood craft or your channel so please excuse me for talking about my cats.

A very simple idea but also genius. So handy not to have to allow for the width of the circular saw footplate. Not having to measure for the footplate eliminates the chance of errors and speeds up the process.👍

Whether you can speak English or not, you seem to have a good understanding as your replies are well written, better than many native English citizens I might add. In any case as far as your RU-vid channel is concerned, language is immaterial because your fine work speaks for itself. For the record there are far too many English people that are not capable of speaking correctly or even read & write to any significant level which is embarrassing really.
