If you’re practicing at home, follow these tips to get the most out of your time on the mat:
• Get a space heater and a medium/large warm-mist humidifier
• Heat up the room for about an hour before you’re planning to practice
• Grab mat, towel, water and full length mirror if you have access to it!
• Move slowly and use your mindful breath to heat up your body... remember form over depth, ALWAYS
• To create more heat internally, do a few extra repetitions of pranayama deep breathing

thank you for sharing , I tried your class yesterday and I feel like I need more so I do it again today because this morning when i wake up I feel no back pain that I've been living with for years,and throughout the day I can sit and stand up without relying on a chair or someone .. the best class ever, and Bianca's voice is very soothing and relaxing ..I tried Bikram's yoga class once but I couldn't keep up with his pace and his voice and he made me agitated rather than relaxed.. thank you again, bless you

I have been doing this for over 20 years , Bianca is one of the BEST teachers EVER! For all you negative people , why don’t you quietly leave and act like good yogi. Excellent class great energy !

Excellent class Bianca! The Stretch classes are my favorite RU-vid Bikram classes. A real life saver during the lockdown. Thank you for posting these!

Thank you for sharing your class with us. Yoga is about stillness and a meditative practice and I found this particular class a bit hectic. The instructions were clear and helpful but the tone and pace was very intense and seemingly agressive. A little softer and calmer and more full of love as opposed to a boot camp vibe would go along way in my humble opinion. Apologies if my feedback upset anyone. Wishing you the very best in your practice and teachings.

Like the rhythm of the class . Bianca voice was a surprise having done pj' class many times I thought it would be kind of different maybe softer .May it was the accent I wasn't used to . Enjoyable class though

Sometimes I start out thinking oh I’m just gonna do up to this poster I’m just gonna do the standing and before I know it I have achieved every pose throughout this training He did a great job and I thank you for helping me activate every cell in my body, open up every joint, helping me inhale 90 beautiful minutes of fresh beautiful oxygen Investing in improving my very own health, function, and well-being. Thank you for sharing yourself and thanks to your class for allowing themselves to be recorded Again I encourage a full six count and adding two seconds to fully absorb fresh oxygen before encouraging the exhale to let go of all the carbon dioxide, waist and negative energy BTW you are the first instructor that has encouraged everyone to first exhale all the stale stagnant lingering carbon dioxide before we start breathing exercises- 😮🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤔 spectacular job and thank you please share with others First exhaling emptying out all the still yuck, allows for more space for fresh oxygen to land and absorb into every alveolar surface, ie Better fuels the Krebs cycle allowing you to get more energy when metabolizing fat and does so more clean manner thus friendlier for kidneys - optimizing cellular respiration- 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 Spectacular fantastic Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious

Great class. Fun sense of humor. Beautiful energy. Thank you sooooooo much for posting this. Those of us trying to practice during this time are very tankful. Only problem. My family members are not okay with me trying to heat the house or 105. Go figure. Stay safe☺️

I had to stop doing this class. Yet another teacher that doesn't know how long 6 seconds is on the initial breathing exercise. If you mess up this rhythm you've negatively affected the rest of the time in class.

I agree. The pacing was way too fast. Also the whole standing series was only 45 minutes and felt rushed. There's a class for everyone, and this one wasn't for me.

Nonsense. 6 seconds is not a magical formula. The class could start with breath of fire, one second each, and it would work. The point is oxygenation and shifting the awareness from outside concerns to the body. This works 100%.
