with most of Andrew Symonds Australian Teammates standing Firm besides him Including Matthew Hayden Rickey Ponting and Michael Clarke.
With Australia Nearly winning it all
but then
the ban gets reversed
Symonds gets admonished
and it seems like Cricket Australia has thrown Symonds under the bus
Symonds feels betrayed and trampled on
and he loses himself in his sorrow
What follows is a 2 year long Self Destructive phase where Symonds does nearly everything to Sabotage Himself.
from avoiding meetings to to going on rants on Interviews to even Brawls...to when Finally on the T20 world cup
he is sent home with his contract Cancelled
Symonds then swears off of Cricket
Here though....there is another journey going on.

the highest of any overseas player, right on the heels of the Scandal.
through Playing in Ipl alongside youngsters
and even winning the 2009 IPL with Deccan Chargers
Symonds has been on an journey of himself
A journey that shows him exactly what he is
