One of my subscribers sent me this silicone mold as a gift (thank you, Patricia) and another subscriber made a suggestion of making it look like marble (thank you, Katherine). With my own spin using dried flowers and leaves, I'm really satisfied with the outcome. Enjoy!

Thank you so much, Deb. Thank you for reminding me. So sorry about that. At the time, I got ahead of myself and didn’t know about that when I made the video. I was just excited to have a new silicone mold to use. Today, I did some research and I “think” I know how. Now, I need to find the clips that hold the clock. Thank you for watching.

Oh, India it is very beautiful! I am going to start on mine today. I love how the flowers are just enough to give this clock a delicate and a Victorian look. I am going to gift the other clock soon. Hi Ms. India. Great to see you again. You have been missed. I hope to get this mold someday and this is how I thought my design would go as well. I think some gold flakes in the first layer would be pretty too. It's great for you to teach folks about pouring in layers. Not only for design reasons but also to avoid flash curing. Good job it's very pretty. I hope the resin cured for you.

Hi Raquel. Congratulations! Thank you for the compliment. That’s very sweet. You don’t have email, correct? The only other way is to text me and I don’t give out my phone number. You could try Messenger, but I’m not sure. I do want to tell you that anything you want to know is on RU-vid. Since you are a beginner, I would recommend searching for resin for beginners and you should find people that can explain what to do. Congratulations again and I’m glad I could help.

Hi India thank so much for your prompt reply your answer was 90 should i just pour 45 of A and B and mix it how long can i let it rest before pouring into the mold thank you so much for your help

Hi Raquel. I said it was 80ml. Pour 40ml of Part A into a silicone or plastic mixing cup and 40ml Part B on top of the Part A and mix slowly. Using plastic or silicone stir sticks is best to stir with. They create less bubbles. Wait just a few minutes for bubbles to release. By this time, a lost of bubbles will be gone. The longer you wait to pour the resin, the less time you have to pour it before it starts getting warm and thick.

Try 6 ounces. It may be a little bit more than what you need or it may not be. This video was about a year ago and I was not clear on the total amount of resin used. You’re welcome and thank you for watching. Many blessings to you too.

Hi Raquel. It’s normal for epoxy resin to get hot. It’s part of the curing process. This process is allowing your project to get hard. It’s important to read the labels on your resin bottles because there is some important information on them. The length of curing time is included in that information. Usually, curing time is 24 hours, but again. Read the labels because different types of resins are not the same. Thank you for watching and subscribing.

Hi India i am new to resin and i don't know how measure resin to use in this clock can you please tell me and what is the ratio to use of A and B thank you so much hope to hear from you soon

Hi Raquel. Typically, epoxy resin is a one to one ratio. Please read the manufacturer’s instructions just to make sure. For example, I mentioned in the video that I had mixed 80ml (milliliters) of resin. So, you would pour 40ml of each resin and hardener and mix until your resin is clear. Hope this helps.
