when you get to gluing the hair for you swoop, how do you take it out properly without the glue ripping your hair out?

I normally just any hair oil and massage it into where I put the glue to loosen it up

How do you safely remove the hair glue from your actual hair

So I remove the track by using an hair oil ( like coconut oil or whatever hair oil I have at the moment). I make sure and you a generous amount and massage it into wear I put the glue so that it with loosen. Once it’s loose enough I slowly slide the tracks out . If the track do slide out try to use some more oil. After I take the tracks out I keep the oil in my hair and use a comb to gently comb out whatever left over glue is there
