i recently was in the hospital for 2 days and 2 nights. i’m home now. i just wanted to say thanks for this long video. it helps me deal with the constant exhaustion (i’ve napped while it has been playing multiple times in the past couple of days). also: i really, really appreciate the color scheme of this video. the purples and blues are much easier for my eyes - a lot of lofi videos will use bright orange, yellow and red - and those hurt to look at even for only a minute or two. i hope this video stays up forever. i’ll probably be listening to it often. thanks 💜 and for anyone reading this comment, i hope you’re having a good day / night / whatever it is where you are. remember to drink water, eat something (even if it’s only something light / small), take your meds, and get plenty of rest. don’t be hard on yourself. every single day you wake up is a W, and every day you get through is another W. that’s 2 wins per day. they stack up after a while 💪🏼💪🏼 for my fellow spoonies (and anyone else dealing with a long term illness): i’m proud of you for making it this far - and no matter how bad the symptoms get, you are NOT a burden. you deserve love and respect, always. here’s to hoping i don’t have to go back to the hospital. goodnight everyone 💜

Growing up right now... About to end high school. Leaving a community that it took four years to settle into, becoming a little less physically connected to the people in my life. All to pursue my music and go study in college. I'm scared, y'all! It's. Genuinely really intimidating. But I know that I'll be fine... I just have to breathe and try my darndest. Ive been having a rough time with feeling like people hate me and i had a stressful thing happen to me today, thank you for this it really helped me

This has made my day 10x times better because ive been homeschooling for a bit now and the thing is that when the exams pop up theres no class but i have to constantly be at my desk for 12-14 hours a day, to study. Im not saying this is a tragedy like, ive seen the comments. All i have to say is that i feel like everyone that is listening this should have a splendid day and you should often take breaks from reality and just soothe your mind from all the frightening things

Here’s a bedtime story of a great day: The day was the last day before the day that he had to leave campus for the summer. He had 3 finals due on the same day. One for music, one for college algebra, and the last was public speaking. He had practiced and studied for all 3 of them extensively. He was prepared and nervous but confident all the same. He woke up feeling energized. He usually wakes up feeling like he didn’t get enough sleep and would usually go throughout his day feeling like so. But this day was a great day. He woke up feeling great. He got dressed with some nice clothes, and his hair was working well with him today. He got to class early for music. It was pretty hard but he got a B on the test. After that class he had to go over to public speaking class and give a presentation. For this special event he put on his best suit and went to class ready to present. He ended up doing a great job and after the presentation was done, his professor gave him an A immediately. After that was done it was pretty late in the day. Around 5 pm. He then went to a quiet space to take his math final semester exam. He went to the computer lab (still wearing his suit) and found a quiet space to take the exam. It was online and he had 4 hours to take it. It was 45 questions and all of them were multi part questions. This was the hardest test and the one he was the most nervous by. After 3 hours he felt confident and decided to turn in the test early. After submitting it, he closed his eyes as to surprise himself on what grade he got. After a couple of minutes he looked and found out he got an A. Nighttime had approached and it was time to go to bed. When he got to the dorm he found out that there was a birthday happening and invited on the spot to join them. Pizza and soda was given out to people. Everyone was having a great time and really enjoying themselves. Then out of nowhere a man with a dirty white shirt came into the lobby where the party was being held and said that he was cooking some fajitas and was then out for free. The party then shifted outside where the stars were out. The fajitas ended up tasting extremely delicious. The chef was also super friendly. Some guy was playing some good music too. After a couple hours of that around midnight (still wearing the suit) he decided to retire for the night and wished some of the people goodbye. He got to his room and started playing games with the buds. Everyone just so happened to be on the night and decided to play a little later than usual. He ended up going on a winning streak with the buds that night. Once it was around 2 am that was when he decided to call it a night. He said goodbye with the buds and went to bed. “How could a day be so great?” He said. The day was so great that his mental heath improved 3 sizes that day. That night and well wishes of brighter things to come filled his dreams with beauty of all living things. The End

I was going through my playlist and found my playlist for relaxing, I’ve not use this in awhile, you would think I would be using the playlist being I’m literally at my lowest point , but I’m so depressed and blank out everything I forgotten what to clam me down . Now I remember I used to play relaxing hours sounds on my tv everyday, anytime to put me to sleep, I prefer ones that have black screen so i can relax. And I remember doing that on a daily like 2022. 2024 just had a lot going on my mind and lost who I am I don’t know. My mind is just in a mess I can’t focus .
