Damn I am old, I remember having this haircut and bumping layered curls into my hair every morning during the mid nighties. But I actually shaved the back of my head and had designs cut into it. The trick with bowl cuts was to have a lot of height and volume layered down to preferably a tapered shaved back.

i love it! I had a bowl cut back when I was using relaxers. I'm bout to cop this wig so I can rock a bowl cut again without the hassle of straightening my hair. the short wigs always look so amazing on you.

I was going to make me a wig like this because I really love this cut. I made a quick weave and surprisingly it came out nice but yes it is hard to replicate this look.
