I'm trying to track down an ad for a kids toy, it was loosley based on the terminator franchise. It aired in the early to mid 90s. The toy was a cybernetic forearm, similar to that of todays Hulk hands, but it was silver and clutching a gun. It had a voice modulator and head piece attached to it. The ad was similar to the final showdown in Terminator 2, where two cyborgs were pursuing a child through a foundry or steel mill. Does anyone have any idea what the name of the product was?
Paradigm _sh1ft hey it's possible you might be thinking of a Robocop toy? In the 3rd movie he gets an arm cannon and there was a dress up kit that came with a helmet and gun to go over your hand.
Dolton TV i know the one you're referring to. But this one was geared specifically towards the terminator franchise, although it wasn't official. Looking back, the ad was actually quite creepy and inappropriate. Two muscular men, representing terminators, pursuing a kid through a foundry (similar to T2). The kid finds, this big metallic forearm appendage that may as well be a Hulk-hand and it's holding a gun. I did come across one once in real life as a child, but that's all I remember.
