Thanks Joe for a very detailed tutorial on how to use the Wix toolset. Your installer places a registry entry when the program is installed. Does Windows automatically remove the registry entry when you uninstall it, or does it leave an orphaned node in the Software section of the registry?

Hi, your video was great! Just some questions because I am planning to use this wix toolset. I am currently using the clickonce because I don't have the need of a nicer UI installer experience but I don't like that It's hard to find the installation folder in this case. Anyways, my question is if there is an autoupdate checker, to check if there is a new version of my app, looking into a specific ftp server. Thank you in advance!
