It's all his fault, I saw the full story this. He jumped on the car as she was leaving. She stopped a few times asking him to please get off of the car. He wouldn't, so she got on the freeway. I guess she should of called the cops before she got on the freeway, but overall he's the dumbass who put his own life in danger. She should not lose custody of her daughter.

Now, because the car was bought when they were still together, the woman thinks it is her car and not the ex-boyfriend's car and she has right over it.
