I think my favorite technique is the swipe. I have tried most of the techniques and so far the swipe has the best outcome for me.

Julie do you add silicone to all of the colors, including the swipe color?

Is the swipe colour thicker or thinner than the base colours?

Julie, it’s stunning! Thank you for the paint recipe. I think I heard you mention, a bit into the random pouring of the blues, that you added Floterol to thin out the paint. Did I hear that correctly?

Do you think this would work with a silver or a bronze metallic? Not a fan of gold. But this is beautiful!!

Julie would I be able to mix the metallics with glue and water as a flow medium too?

I'm a fairly new sub, and all of your techniques are so amazing to me. This is obviously a novice question, but is the floetrol what causes the cells to come up? And is it a clear that you mix with other paints, or does it come in colors itself, too? Oh, wait, I see in your description that it's silicone oil that makes the cells. That makes sense. So you mix a little of that with all of the colors, then? I admit that when you're telling ratios of this and that at the beginning, it rather goes over my head. Bottom line, this one is absolutely beautiful! I love this technique, but then I've loved every technique I've seen you use. Thanks for sharing your talent!

Hi there! Do you ever answer questions? I've been stuck in the house due to COVID and I've started painting. Some have turned out ok and others not so much. I did an amazing painting this as night, I was so excited, only to find it this morning cracked all over the place. I've watched all of your videos and think you're amazing. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong and don't know who to ask. I'm pretty sad about my painting from last night. Can I email you somehow?

I love your art. I live in jordan middle east . I was wondering if you could tell me with home made material . We have the glue but silicon is difficult to find and very expensive. I d there an easier way? Thank you 🌹

Sorry I heard you say 2 parts pouring medium to one part paint. I just need to know your ratio in ounces of glue and water. TY

I have a question for you. You mentioned you use 60% Elmer’s Glu All. How much did you mix up for this swipe. What ratio in ounces did you use. And what was your paint to pouring medium ratio.
