This is an excellent video. I really enjoy your classes. Just a correction of one small detail: a larger antenna beyond a quarter wave dipole will not give you more signal. Then you will need multiple antenna elements (directional or collinear) to increase gain, or increased height for better signal capture.
There are many books on CW/AM/SSB modulation and demodulation (TWIMC "Experimental Methods in RF Design" is probably the best one, although I didn't like the DSP section), but so far I didn't mange to find at least one good book on FM. Except one article that claimed that narrow FM is basically DSB + phase shifted carrier and that's it. Before this video I had no idea there are such things as limiter / emphasis / de-emphasis circuits. Thus any videos on this subject would be much appreciated. Also maybe there is a book or two you could suggest? Thanks! 73s de R2AUK
