watched this yesterday and tried it today. what a fiasco with the endless puppet spawns. took me 3½ hours, but i made it out alive. the room at 14:10 trying to exit was about 30 minutes of puppets wandering towards me from all 4 doors. it was fun tho, thanks for the upload

this reminds me of a little 'mini-private airfield' base i built once on the hillside Edge the cliffs on D4.. it was so beautiful, then serv wiped :(

93% of active players now is like 10% or less of total all time players. But yeah, I never been there. certainly did not know there was one place on the map that had regular gold lock spawns like that. Though.. locks are basically useless anyway. They work against people like me, But seems most find them easy enough. CW displayed this recently. Zappers need batteries batteries need chargers etc etc. its all very cool, If I ever become unemployed.. but yeah.. I just play solo and bury a crate, even then, sometimes I dont log in enough and its gone, just too busy. All that base building options.. With broken down cars now and cars needed to upgrade walls (really) For solos in MP its not worth to build, but its a nice thing for pve players, build and farm etc.

I got some empirical data - but you didn't get the 93% from me 🙂 make sure to search all camo tarp crates if you're looking for gold locks.

Yeah it changed quite a bit. All those magical bushes that shit out bloody puppets... 😂 Gives it a more apocalyptic look tho, looks nice. Also inside there's quite a few changes being made. And from what I saw they finally got rid of the 320 px rubble textures. Nice. 🙂

i did not catch the moment at which update D4 airfield was made more overgrown with trees and bushes on runaways, and additional elements in bunkers. but it gives better mood and immersion.

It's not just the airfield it's all over the map. They added a town of bushes in pois a few updates ago I first noticed in tisno

They need to fix the control variable that switches off spawns if they are within a certain distance of the player. For the most part it works if you're in a town. But bunkers are risky screwed up. I don't mind high spawn rates in bunkers and stuff, but having them spawn right next to you when you have nothing behind you but a wall is dumb. And considering the size of the airfield in D4 it's not too it of the question or immersion breaking if you have them spawn 150-200 meters away and only when the player isn't looking. I had seven spawn in one on top of the other, and after I shot them all I ducked around the corner to reload. Popped back around and did it again.

Thank you Wardog! Year ago or so I lived in D4 and I have looked up the Military Airfield at scum-map. From there I knew where to go if I need something there, so I am also in that 7%. But yes, Airfield has got some changes since then.

I like this Place, because it´s different and creepy. But to get much Loot fast, i prefer the Torpedo Factory. Especially the Main Building with the 13 Lockers. It´s also easier to get good Loot imo.

For me, after entering there's not only a old style mech, but also a new style one, ready to shoot, and will definitly spot me going behind the first plane. This place was a bit different in the day. There used to be a mech patrolling out front on the runway, from say hangar doors back to the end/edge of the map. Its gone now, for me atleast? weird. Whats also weird, after dying, a lot of times my body's gone, sometimes just weapons remain, sometimes nothing, sometimes all it there, no body to search, but weapons are gone? Man this game is buggy nowadays...

what you missed is the fact that the green supply crates in the last room and 2 other rooms are ALL individual crates its not a pallet :D

Pretty good video wardog. There are more locked lockers in the area you first entered the bunker. If you go straight across the hallway instead of turning left to follow the mech there are another 5-7 or so locked lockers in the room there

didnt loot this place much beacuse of the hot temperatures i dont like those sectors, but when i did it doesnt seem same as it was before, but i noticed that POIs like airfield got more bushes and vegetation for people to hide in

Nice video man, this is my favorite place in SCUM. If you're tired of the same things I have a challenge for you, survive on the hardest server of SCUM, SCUM HARDCORE BR/EU/US, the loot is 0.1 on the map and raid protect online, man, you don't know the joy I was in just finding a chicken to satisfy my hunger! Oddly enough, it's a lot of fun!

They changed this place quite a bit. Im really surprised that the devs didnt mention it. If i remember correcrly there used to be 4 entrances now only 3. But the south side entrance is now really easy to get into since they got rid of one of the mechs in the entrance. The new 7 lockers in the basement was a really great addition also.

Haha I love this place because no one loot it and it’s actually quite easy to master the mechs routines after 3-4 runs you can do a loot run without triggering any mechs, btw the easiest way to loot the whole place is from the farest entrance in the north.

Yes.. the pumpkin AFK bug.. make a garden.. plant some pumpkins.. get as heavy as possible and just stay on top of the pumpkin (find the right spot to get 100% strength activity).. try to stay between 1% and 99% energy if you wanna level up dexterity too

beepers take much more to trigger now. like.. before you just get them beeping and wait, now it seems they wont explode until they are very close to you, beeping or not.
