95% of the people who got free land in Jacksonville to build affordable homes never did 

A report from the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) revealed that the city of Jacksonville has been giving away free land to people in an effort to build more affordable housing. However, since 2019, they failed to hold the land recipients accountable.
