WHAT WE SOLD AND HOW MUCH | 20 EBAY ITEMS | AUCTION SALES
We put 20 good items up for sale on eBay each month for our Level 2/3 members to see first as they list, and then watch how they fare in both buy-it-now and auction scenarios! Now we review the results together...did everything sell? Were the prices good? Or did it all go bust?
This video recap shows the results of our eBay experiment in March, where 19 out of 20 items we listed sold, some after multiple bids! We tried to pick well, and were rewarded with quick sales of Rinconada and Beswick fish, and eventual sales of almost everything we listed. From a $5 patch to art glass and porcelain worth in the $200 range, our sales were mostly good to great.
We share the totals with you, along with our thoughts as to what sold well, what might have done better elsewhere and how we decide what to sell next time we list. We're happy to share our results to help guide other resellers and help collectors know what to expect if they go to eBay to expand (or sell) their collections!
