I’m curious, are any of the homes you look at haunted? Have you ever experienced weirdness while filming? I love viewing the homes, thanks for doing a great job! I’m in CA, and single, (and old, lol) so I’m not shopping for a home at this moment. Nevertheless, I still enjoy viewing them! Thanks again, from California!
@@JennaTellya70 Yes, there was one house that I recorded for a buying client that just gave me a weird feeling. I walked through the entire house videotaping like always walking and talking the whole time. I felt like something was at my left-hand side, just out of the corner of my eye the entire time. I couldn’t see it on video, but I could not get out of that house fast enough. The buyers did not buy the house which I was glad of because I did not want to go back in it. Thanks for your question! @@tarasa-hurleythere was one video you did for an older house with a finished basement, deck off the front which was located on the right hand side of the house, with the back door on the far left. Also, there was an unfinished greenhouse in the very slanted backyard. I was for sure that this one was haunted! I kept seeing a glitch, I think it was in the second bedroom. And the door in the basement that wouldn’t open… that really gave me the creeps! And I felt you were a little bit rushed, or that your mind was on something else…just slightly. Anyway, it was spooky ! lol it’s a beautiful day here in CA, at least it is not humid like PA. Btw, my dad is from Lancaster! Ciao’!
I hate when you guys say " let's take a look at the neighborhood". You don't actually show the "neighborhood". You just show the street or neighboring houses.
Thank you for the feedback. Maybe I’ll change my wording in subsequent videos. The intent was to give a view of the nearby houses on the street to give an idea of where the house is situated and what the street looks like.
