So many desire that ocean front (or backing) estate dream home with a beach. But if the beach is public then there isn't privacy. I think most beaches are public? Not sure if there are any that are private belonging to the home on Oahu. So there was a market for this home...which should have long since been sold. :)

My question as always when I see these homes... What do I gotta do to have that kind of money?!

Extremely poor design, 2 kitchens? that space should be extra bath or den/office. crap house, cheap finishes
