96 ounce wagyu beef steak reverse seared on the big green egg.
I did this cook with Mr john Candy in mind. A true great one from the great white north!
this steak was tender and sooooo juicy!
Cooked to a internal of 135, rested for 10 min and served!
i used salt in the beginning and i painted it with garlic butter while searing over the open flames.
It was PERFECT!
Ask your local butcher about the Whole round steak center cut.
