I just realized why I LOVE watching your challenges. It is absolutely priceless the look on peoples faces the first time they see your eating style. Mama Zita’s expression was SO COOL! I saw and heard her, I'm bilingual. But, its her choice. I hope she stops this, I love her, and watching her. But I'd hate to see her fatty liver later in life where she's gonna suffer chronic diarrhea due to fatty liver and gallbladder stagnation. Its is a illness whereby you will not be able to work a job or Leave home. I love you Raina, But please do some research.

If anything, posole has more bones. Menudo bones are usually bigger and easier to fish out. Posole commonly used pork neck bones which are smaller

@@cjulez1 tortillas rolled up like that are so it retains its warmth just as they are pulled off the griddle "plancha" cooking top. In that parchment roll is 4 locally made fresh daily no preservatives, perfectly griddled corn tortillas that are warm and soft. NO one wants a cold hard tortillas. . . Why go through all trouble? Anyways it was pretty loud, we we all talking in disbelief of the aftermath

Cynthia Luis Hi! I contemplated the pronunciation and chose to go all English. Trust me, we primarily speak Spanish at the restaurant with the proper accent. Next time we'll make a Spanish video!

No, back in our College days, we were all WWF fans and when planning this we made a joke about the winner poses with that replica Intercontinental Championship Belt that Mondovi had, to signify she was the winner of this massive menudo challege. . . That part didn't get on the video, but it's on my Facebook LIVE feed that I have tagged her on, so all her fans got a sneak peek of what to expect and lots of behind the scenes stuff. I was right in front right next to the camera big quiet so not to interfere with her RU-vid footage and I didn't wanna loose connection for the live feed on my mobile for Facebook

If the owner cannot say menudo correctly how do you know it is an authentic Mexican restaurant. My children and I eat menudo a lot so I'm just concerned if it is a correct menudo Mexican restaurant or not

Ellen Noriega Hi! Trust me I was contemplating the pronunciation before the video. Since majority of her audience doesn't necessarily speak Spanish I went all English pronunciation. Trust me we speak Spanish and speak it well with the right accent. Family extends from Durango and Mexicali in Mexico.
