97 Ford Expedition Window Fuse 

I had the same situation where everytime we clicked the driver window, it would just make noises on the fuse compartment. We thought by replacing the fusebox4 it would fix our stuck window, it didn't. So my dad decided to see if it was the motor, but the motor was working perfectly fine. Then we checked the regulator and that was the issue. Its mechanism was stuck and my dad applied wd40 and after we put everything back, the front window was working normal again. I hope this comment helps anyone who may have this same issue

You're a rocket scientist if you really relay number four it says power mirror switch at the end

There is also a 30 amp metal circut breaker under the hood in the power distribution box

Thanks I appreciate that. I got a Ford F-150 1999 the exact same thing happened to me. Window fell off the track reset the window epoxy that back in and then the window got stuck again and the relay switches do nothing but click.

My problem is the main control will bring the windows down in the back but not the front !! In the engine compartment fuse # 25 when I take it off then the back windows don't work I put it back on and they work !! Yes the # 4 under dash I press the buttons and I feel the clicking noise replaced it but still doesn't work . BTW I replaced the control panel on the door but still they don't work all switches have Power.Did notice that windows would work sometimes when I would pull , tuck on the wiring between the door going into the car itself but lately nothing has happened !!

My 2002 Ford F-150 power windows and interior lights were not working. I unplugged the battery for a couple hours changed all the fuses that did not look good of the interior fuses. I plugged battery back on and everything started working again. Hope that helps.

I had an issue of all windows not working on a 99 expedition. Change the #4 relay under the driver's side fuses box and lights and two rear windows works?😊😁

I think your owners manual said power MIRROR not power window . So I don't think it's relay 4 read it again

I'm just a woman trying to fix my own thing because these places don't have fuse testers. Pardon my lack of knowledge. I've got the door panel off. Of course I have no idea what to do next. I think it may be that fuse. But how do you get the window back on track? Or how can I just make it so I can lower and raise the window manually from now on? I've got a suction cup thing. This is really ridiculous. I'm not paying anyone to do this. 😞

I just fixed this issue, since nobody in the comments knew what the issue is, I will mention it to all. It was basically a bad ground wire to the switch. This seems to be a common problem. This causes all of the windows to not work and the power locks to become weak also. I ran a direct ground from the battery to the Black wire on the window switch or the ground wire. I did test 12 volts from the window switch +12 and ground, but the ground was just too weak to work the power windows, so don't rely on using a voltage meter. Now, the only issue is, all the windows work, and the power locks are much stronger, however, the drivers window does not work. This must be another issue I will have to figure out, probably a bad window motor but I'm going to have to troubleshoot this. The relay he is talking about is the relay to make the window go all the way down, you will hear that click every time you push the button. That was not the issue he was having and it also wasn't a fuse.

I don't know where you got your book from but mine doesn't say that for relay #4 what yr is that book my book is for a 2002 expedition

Confused here, that first page you read out had a power mirror switch and you read it out as power window switch. Just saying, I am dealing with same issue.

Well my blower motor on my heater doesn't work tell me if they have a relay for that and what fuses is it supposed to be cuz there's a couple fuses inside and outside for the bloody fan as far as I can tell they're four fuse boxes for this car

No it's not compatible every damn year is different and it's a pain in the ass I got one of these 98 I mean it is a pain in the butt can't find damn fuse or name for it or any other damn thing don't have numerous manual
