Flashbangs and stung grenades are so messed up in this game that the only way to do it is to cheese it in factory by begging other players to allow you to flash Bang them and kill them. that way you can ask them Are you flash banged and they can say yes or no, then you can throw another if need be. even when doing this, you will still not get the achievement once in a while. Even though the other player confirms they are fully flashed and can't see anything. the game will still just not count it. great game.
