99 Jeep Cherokee Sport low/high Beams relay 

My jeep wj does the same thing, didn't figure out where the problem is. But I put new bulbs, fuses and relays are good and the grounds and wires looked good also.

Yea I converted my 99 to a Relayed headlight system. Works great, it really improves the light intensity and takes the pressure off of the switch so it can last longer.

My low beams work and when I switch to hi beams ,my head lights turn off. Definitely looking at that block.
