Try doing the same thing except making every non-goalkeeper 99 rated. It would possibly remove any advantage for teams that use formations with more attackers and might lead to even crazier results.

because of other teams having more attackers, means their club worth being higher and being a better team attacking wise. thats why players transferred/loaned to other teams with more attackers and meaning teams can be better or worse by the amount of attackers they have.
