That's the plan. We already have the next 3 lined up, although there's no way we're stretching to this price range again through fear of bemoaning spending £13k of our own money on free content
Once you get in the MV Groove, you will get blinded By its beauty, and start spending. Also you might have to..... Just bought myself an second F4, even though the first nearly caused nervous breakdown :)
I really have to say since I stumbled over those "budge bike battle Italia" video series I'm hooked. you guys are fun to watch. Keep that spirit, it makes you unique compared to the others out there. Since I'm also an Italian bike lover, have currently an Aprilia RSV4, I would love to see a Series with a Benelli Tornado 900Tre. I had one and till today they really deserve the title "exotic"
@@alexandresantini4072 I am not sure what you picked up on in my comment to make you think i Hate. The only people i have some small amount of Hate for when it comes to Motorcycles. Would be Harley Davidson Owners. Now we can start to talk some degree of Hate. And i would not go as far as say it is Hate. More so people i have little to do with. Once the Belt Buckle arrives so does the attitude???? But they are Not all bad just most of them. I am sure if we meet face to face things would be a lot better. I Love Bikes always have. No need to Hate anyone. I am a Happy guy and Love to be around Happy people.
James is a Legend. He probably has a story for every situation. He comes off as an honest mechanic who'd not RIP you off but would expect to get paid his due....and Baron was having a Keith Moon moment at the start of his dyno run.
Zanpa reminds me of a similar thing, but when he started his Gixxer up in the morning on that snowy winters day heading for the channel tunnel for his little break away
I had a 999R Fila with full Termignoni and it was the second most loved bike I've owned of many, never one issue with that bikes be so amazing in sound!
Legio XXI Rapax lol I bought a 2007 Honda cbr 600rr that was sitting outside in the element with no cover all she needed was a New battery and she rides fine, on the other hand I just purchased a 2 year old Panigale and she has issues every single time I ride her ... I’ve already spent over 3k on repairs for a practically new bike ... You are delusional if you think that Ducati’s /Aprilas unreliability is a myth lmfao
New bike videos are great and I enjoy watching them, but these budget bike videos win the prize for sheer fun. The friendly competition betwwen you guys is so funny. Keep it up guys. Cheers.
Last time I wanted the ZX7R to win but this time it has to be the 999, the more time passes the better they look ! 120 hp is enough on a road bike anyway - sounds lovely too
S K no...120hp is not going to make up a 40hp deficit...even if you have bad corner lines on the MV. You'd have to be a dunce to lose to the Duc on the road OR the track. MV 4 the WIN!!!🏁🇮🇹💥
I agree the MV will be faster, but the Duc is simply nicer ! besides as soon as they do a 'tour' the MV will break down and spend the rest of the trip on an AA truck ! LOL
Love the first bit of the vid. With the very sarcastic "great video" on the mv intro. Had me dying. Great stuff guys always keep me laughing which makes u guys different and more interesting. Cheers from Cali
just back from bsb cadwell park got home yesterday to scotland and was knackered got on the comp today to see this today and have never clicked so fast lol can't wait for next episode looks like it will be a good battle :D
That smug smile is all I wanted to see. I think its going to come down to rider skill if the Duck can survive the MV on the straights. Great as usual !!!
Clenched up pretty hard when BVG ran outta steam pushing that lovely MV onto the dyno! Didnt know if super athlete Al was gonna help catch it or not ! 😱
This made me very nearly get my 999 out and go for a ride then I just realised why my back, neck and wrists ache today and I can't do 2 days in a row on it so I'm staying in for a nice gammon, mash, beans and piccalilly dinner. Great vid again guys.
List of worthwhile mods to the MV. Microtech ECU, not cheap, but transforms the bike with no on-off throttle and cooler running and circa 15hp more. De-cat, again for cooler running. Water pumper impeller upgrade, standard doesn’t flow enough. Also worth talking to Chris Wells at X-Bikes.
'Tis brilliant to finally see more BBB(I) content up from you bloomin' bonkers pair. Baron's already looking smug, but I've got a feeling the MV will bite him in the bum before long. Go Team Duke!
can´t wait to see them on the road. Hope that no shotcuts this time. but I guess there won´t be any problems since they are essentially everything but budget
I almost spat out my food when the mechanic said “to use waterless coolant, cos it boils at 180 degrees, cos the bike runs hot”. 1. Water has one of the highest specific heat capacities on earth. So no water means you won’t be able to remove as much heat from the engine. 2. If your coolant is boiling, you probably have a pressure issue with the cooling system, cos pressure increases the boiling point of water
DUDE!!!! You're gettin' a Honda DeVille...I never liked the classic 'Duc' twin sound when compared to the banshee wail of a inline 4 at 13,000RPM. Very nice wheels boys! Let the games begin~🇮🇹💥🏁
Watched this in bed last night and my wife exclaimed "is that baron?" I happily informed her it was and she was correct. "Corr, baron ate all the pies!" I laughed myself to sleep! #dontgettooselfconsciouscchris!! 😂😂
Please, for the love of bikes. DO NOT put waterless coolant in anything other than a bin. Yes, the boiling point is higher BUT the heat transfer is shit. Your bike will run hotter with waterless coolant and if it developes a leak, it has the chance to ignite as waterless coolant is flammable.
I’m starting to realise that owning a bike can’t be done on a budget. I’m in my second year riding, I’ve paid for a CBT, purchased riding gear/leathers, bought a Yamaha YZF 125 as my first bike, got stung heavily on insurance. I’ve now moved onto a Yamaha R6, another heavy sting on the insurance. The final straw has now been bumping up security, owning a motorcycle isn’t cheap. My insurance alone over two years would have been able to pay for the MV Agusta alone. My point is I wouldn’t change it for the world, apart from the thieving wankers who live amongst us.
Now you're really making me wonder how much power my 999R used to have? It would rip out of the hole leaving the Japanese bikes in the dust but that was when new, lol. I get your pain watching this.
Well, that's good for Baron on the straight for sure! Jason Statham in the corners can hammer those out. Choose somewhere with more straights than twisties and your set to win every lap!
