Listen and learn from Rabbi Isaac's new Dvar Torah teaching on the 9th Torah Parashah Vayeshev (וַיֵּשֶׁב‎) - Hebrew for “and he lived,” and in this dvar message we learn about how we are to "live" and always glorify the Most High like Ya’akov and his son Yoseph whom the Parashah focuses on with a foreshadowing of Mashiach!

This is my favorite Torah portion. I relate to it because in 2017 I lived through rejection, false accusations, stripped of my own robe, and thrown into a pit...I'm surprised I even lived through that pain. 4 years later I look back and if it wasn't for those situations, I would have never come to know YHVH,and keep the commandments. I wouldn't pray, forgive, or study the Torah the way I do today. Although I'm still healing and still have a certain measure of pain, I'm thankful that YHVH crushed me. It was good that I was afflicted. Thank you for this teaching!! May YHVH bless you and keep you too. Shalom.

We are all being striped of everything from this world. But like Job, if we continually choose Him and honor His Way with our whole heart soul, mind and strength, He is faithful to restore what has been taken/removed. HalleluYah!! The Bridegroom is coming! May we be found with overflowing oil worthy of new garments and names!! I feel your pain and in no way make light of it. He who endures til the end WILL BE SAVED! We just have to endure. Keep going dear one. Run your race to completion, making The Father proud!!

I listened to the first 4 minutes repeatedly. In the past 4 months my entire family, all my children and grandchildren have been dispursed across the entire US For the past 22 years we have all lived within 5 minutes from each other. It did not happen on good terms. It has been so painful and a time of great questioning This word has really helped me and gave me hope. I believe the word ..that God's people, even when all they have is hope in the Lord, they deserve redemption in the merit of that hope. Ty again

The testing is no joke! Just went thru a huge test myself. Im sure there will be another. We must be praying for our brothers and sisters to have STRENGTH to endure the trials and testing each one of us is being tempted thru. Exhausted but absolutely rejoicing as He is so faithful to us!! And who are we that He would care?!! He is who He says He is, halleluYah!! Come what may, may His Name be praised forever and ever!!! Wonderful teaching. Very thankful for you sharing it. Shalom.

Please pray for Vancouver, Canada I beg for prayers. From forest fires to floods that wipe out a highway 🛣️ . People lost farms ,homes and assets. More rain expected there. Global radio news said animals were crying" but owners cannot go to animal. Please pray that pipelines and coal still be used until sufficient alternative sources of energy is available. Most important pray for all peoples to have Torah written on or in our hearts. Do not thank me. Thank God. May your ministry and finance to reach the lost grow exponentially. This teaching is ideal for me. I long for my 3 children . Sometimes I feel like Jacob or even Joseph they both like Jesus long for their family. The unity of Jacob's family is united because of a famine ! My 3 prodigals and other families' prodigals will return. Once I heard of Rembrandt in a still small voice in my head. When I googled he painted the return of the Prodigal and the Jewish wedding. This week I heard Psalm 103:4. I feel like Jeremiah in Lamentations 3 but there's hope. As I was studying today, about the same time you've the video, the word that xame to me was "Light." We ought to be the light. Light gives life (Genesis 1:3, John 1:3, Hebrews 1:2). Messiah is the Light which gives life. HALLELUYAH!!!

What a beautiful Torah portion. Thank you for bringing it to life. My question is, where can I find out about tamar being shems daughter? It's so interesting. I did a teaching once about the law of Yibbum and found a bunch of interesting things but missed that. Your words at the end came at a time I needed them.

Targum Yonatan identifies her as the daughter of Noah’s son Shem. Others identify her as a daughter of Abraham’s contemporary Malkizedek. The truth is she is both as Malkizedek was a title Shem who lived 500 years after the flood! Be blessed in your continued studies! 🙏

The Royal lines from Zarah and Pharz Judah have both Philip and Queen Elizabeth - who had Prince Charles. There is much talk of some prophets that think Prince Charles may become the anti-Christ. What do you think about this? Is that a possibility? He has recently become Muslim and has made many trips to the middle east. He also is trying to make a "peace deal" with Israel.

Please Lord Redeemed all our children. Thank you G-d for Redeeming all our children. Parents be patient and Compassionate and trust God for all our children's Redemption Psalms 126. Isiah 54:13,17 . Be there for our kids, be patient. Jesus did not condemn the woman cought in the act... He said he who is without sin cast the first stone. The woman followed Yeshua, Jesus. Patience and kindness God wants us to trust him. I don't want to be a teacher but I want to be a servant. Please teach me Rabbi. May God grow your ministry exponentially. Shalom

Thank you for this teaching. Hope we all need. Isolation, anxiety, the unknown are real fear inducing conditions. Violence , virus needs plexiglass, Isolation, Mental Illness , Rebellion , Ugly, Selfish. Covid covered , obsessed, violence, irrational, destroy or deceive Psalm 54. Pray for all 5 years to 39 year olds in every Country of the world 🌎 salvation everyone. Pray Isiah 54:13 , 17, for all our children. Covid is real so I follow rules. Yeshua Jesus still heals Psalms 103:4 and Psalms 8:5-8 . I got these scriptures. My ambition is to know the world is saved. I want to be a servant of God and a learner and try to be obedient to G-d. Please pray for me to obey the Commandments or Torah. God bless all Redeemed all our children Lord in Yeshua Jesus Name amen thank you God
