The hype for his videos wouldnt die out if he had a few days of proper rest first because its an anniversary we are talking about and Truth is one of the biggest dokkan youtubers around. If he chose at any moment to take a rest for a few days people would wait simply out of respect, he is human too like anyone else. He brings too much impact for people to not watch his dokkan videos regardless of being a few days late.
@@blueapple6657 Cause i might like full offensive builds and a crit would still amplify his dmg since it bypasses their defense. But it doesnt matter since he stacks that by himself so dodge and additionals is the o oy thing you should go.
@@Malzahar91 Again, you just said exactly why I asked the question; Why would you give gogeta crit in the first place? and I quote, "It doesnt matter since he stacks that by himself." also, to be fair, super effective on its own is already enough, the only arguement for crit right now that makes sense regarding defense at all is the hiru fight, and thats about it. Crit doesnt go crazy insane because it ignores defense, it goes crazy because it has a 1.9x multiplier, .4x higher than super effective, meaning 20m would be around 38m effectively if u crit. The only way defense ignore will matter is if they keep making high def fights, otherwise its mostly the multiplier doing everything, since bosses barely block any of your damage in the first place outside of just hirudegarn.
The leader for the ssj category is a great pick. And the team has been buffed so much in this year. God goku and the ssj vegeta he came with, the trio ssj, now gogeta, trunks, gohan, super vegito eza, etc
Gogeta did 60m in gurtaneed crits, not including the active skill on his active skill turn, while he was making all attacks target him with 100% dodge. I don't know, you can make the case he's top 2 I feel, lol.

IMO he’s right there with Future Gohan, tied for third (or fourth depending on Broly). Higher starting damage, weaker defensively, but rainbow orb changes, about even (different roles, but similar effectiveness in said role). Slight edge to Future Gohan. But once they get rolling, Gogeta gets the edge cause the target lock + healing + rainbow orb change + 70% dodge outweighs Future Gohan’s domain effects, when you add in the fact that Future Gohan himself DOES get weaker defensively at that point as well. I think. I could be totally wrong as time progresses. But that’s what I think initially.
I wish they’d fixed Gogeta’s auras and given him a new sprite. Great animations but the sprite aura looks awful. I feel like they could’ve given him a little bit more too but, overall I’d say he’s a great unit worthy of the anniversary.
Gogeta is way better than Vegito. This MOFO starts out hitting 11M atk stacks with a guarantee additional SA with another great chance of additional SA. Furthermore, he can just automatically transform turn 4.
His animations are kinda disappointing and he is not the best unit in the game... not even top 4 (piccolo, the new broly, bulma and gt duo are all better idc). "hype"

then you have to wait an extra turn for transformation, i don't think the extra stack is worth losing a turn in most situations. Though it just depends on the flow of the event you're fighting
@@vastttyl8161 He still has guard for his 2nd appearance though. You don't lose much if you wait a turn to transform especially if you're running two and the other is on the opposing turn.

He is pretty much a glass cannon. Even after transformation if he get hit before launching a ultra super. I do think brolly is better, but people that say he is weaker than Orange piccolo are insane, bro has 70% dodge + over 700k defense easily with probably the highest damage in the game.
Seeing his kit and everything, i think i comfortably see Gogeta at #2 behind Broly. I'm very happy with him but still want a standalone Blue gogeta Dokkan
@@manuelmoralez2257 Broly's really good and all, but based on the way events currently are (and blue zone all seeming to be one stage fights) & the diversity of abilities Piccolo has, I feel like Piccolo is just overall a more valuable unit with how he operates on his teams and to have in a box overall (even if Broly's numbers are surpassing his).
I'm surprised we've never gotten a unit that has really high damage reduction against super attacks but needs to build up to tank normals. That would definitely help characters like lr int cell because you'd take a lot of chip damage early on
But what if he massively stacked DEF? Nah but in all seriousness, this guy is insane, definitely excited as a Gogeta Fan. Btw, I can hear the strain in Truth’s voice, I hope he gets well soon
I think he’s number 1 or 2. Only broly will be his competition. The reason is he just does so much dmg that it doesn’t matter. The current content can’t hold his dmg

it feels like they held back somewhat on anniversary LRs this year. They should 've just given a different mechanic rather than transformation on SSGSS Gogeta at least, and have both LRs stack atk and def on every super attack like the previous recent years.

Broly's kit design is way better but at least this Gogeta is much better than a stupid blue bros that rarely ever fuse to Vegito. His Blue form also straight up better than AGL Vegito Blue, I'll take that. Considering how unfairly TEQ Super Gogeta and STR Gogeta Blue were treated compared to STR Super Vegito and TEQ Vegito Blue.

Dodges has pretty much 100% crit supered 4 times for 57mil and if they don’t crit they are super effective plus heals you to full for 4 turns…. How is he not top 2 if not number one? I just don’t think broly is that much better than this unit it’s close in my opinion
