Hans the G is NOT for sale. I just found out last night that it was put online without me knowing. Need to clear up that missunderstanding, just told the shop that was doing some work on the car that if someone comes with a crazy offer I will of course consider selling. But I never told them to put the car up for sale. Now can we focus on the video instead? 😉👊🏼🤣 JON

Jon, maybe explain in upcoming vlog or at launch of the clothing line why it isn't called No.1 (normal one) as showed on Phoenix and the Sri Lanka surfboards. I thought the brand name would be No.1 and c'est normal a sort of punchline but I guess it is not. @ToplessHanstheG nice gimmick but seriously unpractical and unsafe too. Sell asap.

If you would consider offers to sell it, then the car is "for sale". No need to get all technical here; you'd sell it if the price was right, like any sane person would do. Value people, not objects.

As a Civil Engineer, I would strongly advise you to think twice before you convert that space under Casa Castle. That soil likely helps to stabilise the entire foundation of the building. Removing it may cause the building to settle unevenly over time, which could cause major cracking or even at worst collapse. Consult professionals before you give the go-ahead for that idea!

Frederick Bester So true. Exactly what not to do,to a hillside home, even if excavating and underpinning was possible. Better to build extra storage space up by that monster brown wall. Let’s hope all the roof drains are dealt with properly, so as not to saturate the foundation.

You know what would be really really awesome? If you could promote a energy self-sufficient building with your Casa Castle. Get some photovoltaic, a heat pump that can cool and heat and a battery. Bam you don't need to be connected to the energy grid (its a bit more difficult obviously). Global warming is such a big deal and you clearly have the right audience to do something really special. Anyway there is the chance you won't ever read this (or Benny) so i'll stop making this too long.

eL3ctric unfortunately Jon doesn’t seem to care a lot about the environment. If you think of it, driving all the big boats, planes and cars he could at least spend a little money on saving the planet and maybe motivate others to do so as well. Especially if you consider all his possibilities, like the new house you mentioned. I have the little hope his attitude towards that will change when he has kids that will need to live on earth even when he is not around any more. Let’s hope for the best

Living in Minnesota (USA), we all have basements and love them. The skys the limit with what you can do with the space. In my house, there is a bedroom, full bathroom, a very large open living room / t.v area, and two large storage rooms. It will be cool to see what you might do, if you do anything with it. Love the vids. Keep up the awesome work!!

You probably can't prevent water from getting in, at least not cheaply but you can manage it easily enough with a weeping tile system.... It amazes me that you don't have one already... also you might need a sump pit and sump pump depending on your elevation relative to your sewer drain

Jon, you should try the Wim Hof breathing method for your swimming. It's crazy how good it is working. Improves a lot of things in your body and you can hold your breath so much longer.

I too thought of a car garage but then when you mentioned the lift system,that definitely went out the window,due to the extra cost for it... but i'm sure your creative mind will come up with something?! How about an office,where you could get your overseas team at yours,while also part holidaying at the same time?! Mind you,they would need somewhere to sleep... i don't know then... just an idea off the top of my head... :-)

An idea for the hole: make the pool so big that it is going under your house (the hole) so you can swim indoor and outdoor and connect both of them... I think this would be great 🤑

You will have to dig it out kinda deep so the foundations will need to be extended downwards, which is a very difficult, time consuming and expensive thing to do... and even on risk off collapsing a part off the building... Cool idea but not so realistic

Jon! If freediving you should collaborate with “Adam freediver” or “Daniel Mann” on RU-vid that would be so cool to see them work with you! Also when freediving, I have two tips: NEVER dive alone. And look into safety tips. 2. Take the snorkel out of your mouth. If you dive and god forbid black out the snorkel acts like a funnel and let’s water rush down into your lungs. Vs your body naturally closing the airway and mouth so prevent water from entering. Goodluck!

Nice vidéo ! What I do like when you're alone is that we can see glimpses of the real life of Jon Olsson. I know that with Benny you try to produce a cinematographic experience each time (with success!) but having a too perfect vlog, with storytelling, sometimes can hide a bit the reality. What I do like on RU-vid is that it's more true and real than television! Please keep giving us a sense of the "behind the scenes", like when you're showing hours of editing, difficulties to travel, sound problems or just a good laugh. Yeah, sometimes reality is not as beautiful as you'd want, but I believe it will keep your audience close to you. :) (I still don't get why spend money to build a fake sea near the real sea.... ;))

Advice: Jon, never, ever water so close to your house. Wetness in dirt will eventually migrate into foundation/walls and mold will develop and create health issues, even if you don't see it(it can grow in walls and you'll never know it but it will travel through wall and into air in house). Keep the area around the house as dry as possible.
