A $5K TINY HOME? | The Sims 4 

Just letting you know my dears, if you download from the gallery, you'll need to shuffle the screen over a bit for your Sims to be able to use the bathroom (my fault for the one time I didn't player test) 😅

Downloaded, great build. Just a note, save money using the 'the trash chute' found in the kitchen bin section instead of an outdoor bin, it costs nothing and fits on the outside wall.

You could get rid of the indoor bin because as long as you have one outside it's fine!

When you love Plein Air painting so much you decide to answer nature's call with a little En Plein Air poop in the bushes. 😂 Edit: Loved the end result, very nice container tiny home. I wish they made the free terrain more easily accessible within the actual build mode. Like maybe if you're adding items native to the world, they add in the ones that cost nothing, giving more options and a discount for the BB items, but if it's imported or otherwise "exotic" to the region, then they cost what you'd expect or more and don't show the other free options (which well, the mushrooms wasn't from Get Together but Henford-on-Bagley is a similar climate I'd assume lol.) IDK how they'd code any of that in and the devs certainly won't; it's just a nice idea. Half of what makes a build so good is the natural looking landscaping and terrain paint but I'm too lazy to get Better Build Buy even if it makes the whole process of using the live editmode stuff so much easier.

Pro-tip for the next time, if you build diagonal rooms you gain twice as much space for the same price since straight and diagonal walls cost §60. ;-) Unless you're looking for building a tiny home oc.

Builders pov save money by making makeshift tables using debug wood items with debug clutter using wood for shelving as well and if I wanted to utilize the space outdoor shower and make an office inside

In cases of these tiny homes i always just put one outside bin and not one inside because its so small it is literally a few steps to put the garbage outside yes it is 😁 and i know you don't use mods but i found a mod that makes you pee and poo everywhere outside haha, i wish the sims team made that possible 😂😂 tbh i would lower the bathroom floor -1 instead of +1 bc i can picture the water go off like a waterfall and you cant put it back in the drain or however in English the hole is called where the shower water is going 😅 when it was on the same floor level you can imagine the water goes to that hole but now its 1 floor up it is not. So that is my only thing i am questioning haha

I think that all the knitted items from the knitting pack are free in debug right? and there are quite a few decor items including plants and (nice looking) rugs and footstools. or do you have to pay for them... they are in debug though.. loophole?
