I was thinking either Marlo or Eva cuz Tanya wasn’t talking to Cynthia a lot nor was really hanging out with Cynthia unless it’s a group event...and everybody else they can do exist with Nene... but as far as I know in Atlanta it is not illegal to record someone without them knowing... however morally it’s wrong especially if you’re using it to be messy ! Jeannie doing it to get her friend to realize she makes promises that she know she cannot handle... I get it ! But to use it as a way to be vindictive and messy and tarnish relationships... So you are saying only say nice things and not be sincere? That phrase is thrown around but it has one flaw, sometimes its really appropriate not to be nice otherwise you misleading people. It's important to make people aware of snakes in the grass if you feel its important but its different to idle gossip.

If the conversation is dealing with business or a liar, I have two recorders recording. This way, I have back up. Adrianne loves to talk without facts. As long as the recording party is a participant in the conversation, it is legal to record in many states, and the recording can be used in court.
Conscious Wright they had already said it was legal in most states. It is not legal in CA to record someone in secret and thus cannot be used in courts.
